Having been a customer of theirs for two years one would think that the service would only get…read morebetter. INSTEAD it became less service and more about money. Things that were contracted for were not honored. Deer control was---" well we tried--Because we had so much rain it diluted the treatment." How about waiting until the effectiveness would have been more effective.? When asked about a planting bed that we installed the previous year --the response was "we should just replace it with sod (5000.00) whats there is dead."---GUESS WHAT? After two weeks the plantings grew and are thriving . It was a late spring. One would think the gardener would know this. Mind you we paid the year previous to install and they wanted to dig them out. I mean they provided no warranty on anything . Even to go as far as telling me to hire a weeding service outside of their contract because it took too much time. Basically the gardener wanted me to hire him a gardener to do things he thought were below him. Yet we were charged for these services. I would highly recommend finding another choice
