This…read moreis a centre for all types of performance and also fitness, from Jazz to Ballet to music lessons and more. There are three rooms that offer various, timetabled, classes during different days of the week and all sorts of times. It's a real hub of activity and performance and it seems professional which is great for kids as when I did performing arts at college it was not so professional! Not so long ago, I saw some dancers in the street doing some sort of street performance so it has it's own charm and character and I have, many a time, heard shouts and singing coming from the studios as I walk around the centre of Ely so that goes to prove that there is some hard work happening inside! I am very tempted to book myself some Piano lessons and I am also tempted to get back into performing and join in with some dancing and singing! I just need to make sure I have the 'correct' uniform. so professional!

A really good local Gym, with added bonus of a dance studio, and hair salon on site. all of the…read moredquipment is fairly new and there is plenty of it. you name theequipment you wantvto use and they have it. most of the cardio kit is in one area and there are normally 3 to 4 machines the same, so no need to queue for a cross trainer. a fantastic row of 8 to 10 treadmills see's you move into theare of core strength building machines and shoulder presses and then on into an amazing weights and strength trainjng equipment, though i havnt used it yet. plenty of classes available including spinning, aeorobics and Clubbercise (aerobics in the dark in a local nightclub with loads of flourescent and neon lights and glow sticks..... looks fun and hoping to try it soon) chnaging rooms and showers are a little small and could do with some upgrading, but they are functional and clean, however when busy there is sometimes a queue for the showers. recommended... definitely !
