I called yesterday seeing if I could dispute the outcome, and I was told no. I could only dispute if my claims were put in by error. There was no fraud on my side. My vehicle had been hit is traffic twice commuting to and from work. The third and oldest claim was never assigned fault due to it being my word against the other driver's word. I realize it is all business and that no private company owes me anything, but it still felt horrible enough that makes me never want to do business with progressive ever again if this is how they treat lifelong customers.
