Not to mention she is one of the nicest people you will meet and is super attentive to what you want to do with your hair. Gail is awesome and truly a master at her craft. If you have children who have special needs, sensory issues, or are active and challenging, this is the place to go. As a mom, I'm always so worried about being judged in public because my 4 year old is very sensory-seeking and active. The guys here made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They were extra patient with my son, very professional, fun, kind and laid back. They have a pool table out back and always allow my kids to play with it. They aren't uptight like a lot of hair salons can be. You put your name on the board and wait to be called. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but that's part of the experience and it's always worth the wait. The prices are reasonable and fair, and they always make sure you are happy with your cut. I love how open, accepting they are here. The best barber shop in Concord by far
