I was sad when she moved to NH but after months of unsatisfying haircuts, I traveled up for a cut. Nobody has ever given me such a great haircut. Even my crazy curly hair just lies perfectly with just my fingers after she cuts it. Not to mention she is one of the nicest people you will meet and is super attentive to what you want to do with your hair. Gail is awesome and truly a master at her craft. Whether the PayPal transaction took too long, or something, we don't know, but the appointment was somehow changed to 11am on that Monday, and he didn't know until he got a call from them at 1pm that day about "missing his appointment". They kept his payment. All of it. Being 18, he didn't want to make a fuss and talk to them further about it, as I recommended. Not happy at all with paying for a service never received, nor of not being notified of an appointment change until AFTER the appointment is missed. For once, Google led me to the right place and that was PJ's website. I made an appointment with ease, received an immediate confirmation and subsequent reminders. PJ was perfectly punctual which matters bigly when coordinating travel with a bunch of people. When we started, I was pleasantly surprised to see how interested she was in finding exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, she worked her magic and I not only got flawless makeup and perfectly blown out hair but had the pleasure of interacting with one of the more bubbly, upbeat people you'll ever meet. I'm not trying to be a shameless shill here but hoping to convey a level of support for someone who takes their job seriously, is very pleasant and I'd go so far as to say, a true artist. I would recommend her services to anyone for an overall super pleasant experience. Thank you PJ Moran!!!!
