I'm going to echo the last reviewer ... WOW!!! I am an artist working on cross stitch and woven tapestry. In the past, I have had cross stitches framed and/or stretched in the city, but since I now work in Somerton Park I wanted to find somewhere more local. I came here first for a quote, which they happily supplied - I had designed a cross stitch, and my customer wanted to get it framed before sending to her (if the price was right). I chose a very simple black frame with no glass (I didn't want my stitching squashed under glass!), and my customer agreed that it was an excellent price. It's always nerve-wracking when you don't know how your work is going to turn out - when I picked it up, I was completely blown away - it looked FANTASTIC!! I have since recommended this place to others, and will definitely be taking future works there too! read more

WOW! I took in some medals, photos and material patches, and asked them to be put together in a display box. I did not expect what I got, it was not only put in as a great visual masterpiece, but the guy who did the work actually took the time to date the coins, and the medals so they were in the correct order. I asked him to choose the frame that would most suit the display, and of course he got that right too. While I was waiting, I saw sports stuff, and rock n roll memorabilia all in display boxes ready to go to other customers.................. this guy is great and takes a lot of pride in his work! I worked for months on two paintings. It was on a seriously good quality custom made linen mount. We discussed the frame and that they would take it off the mount and glue it onto board. Well, the canvass extended a good few inches beyond the painting, as it does. THEY CUT OFF THE EDGE OF THE PAINTING, all around, loosing quite a signifiacant piece of the work to their blade. This happened on two unique and unrepeateable oil paintings. I am still absolutley furious, every time I look at my paintings. These guys, or their staff, do not know what they are doing.
