I've been living in Exeter for nearly a decade, and I've been registered at several doctors'…read moresurgeries in that time. I found the Mount Pleasant Health centre to be the best of all of them - the receptionists are generally kind and helpful, the doctors are knowledgeable. My brother had a very bad kidney infection a couple of years ago, and we were able to take him to see a doctor at the Mount Pleasant Health centre without an appointment. The doctor was extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful advice on how to care for my brother while he got better.

This GP surgery is situated in a purpose built building, with a nice decor. The receptionists are…read morefriendly and helpful, and will fit you in if they can, or arrange a call back instead. The waiting room is quite nice - it's peaceful, and has toilets available. There are a selection of toys for kids, and the usual old magazines for adults! You don't normally have to wait too long for your appointment, and all the doctors I have seen have been pleasant and helpful. The nurses are lovely and very understanding. A pretty nice place!
