Massages by Cerys are always fantastic and she will tailor it to your needs. She is intuitive as well as a good listener and will change style and pressure to suit, depending on if you want a purely relaxing massage or a deeper, more therapeutic one. I always leave the building feeling like I'm floating, even after deeper pressure work. Paul Hindle is a very good chiropractor and also offers a more targeted trigger-point style release massage for sports injuries, although you do not have to be any kind of sportsperson to benefit from these treatments. I certainly am not. I personally didn't get on with acupuncture, due to my nervous system and issues I have but Darren was very kind and understanding and relieved some of my symptoms using alternative methods, once we realised I could not work with the needles. He was patient and tried various techniques to help me. The online appointment service is good and you can create a profile to see what upcoming appointments you have as well as past appointments. Email reminders are good as well as calendar appointments created for you.
