Process of ordering and picking up was easy. I went with a large pepperoni and mushroom pie. I definitely underestimated their "large", because this thing was huge! The pizza was excellent. New York style crust, but with a bit more chew a substance. It was a really nice eat! Not sauced too heavily, good spread of toppings and not too greasy...it held its own from pick up to bite, not floppy at all! To go with, I ordered cheese bread with extra marinara. The cheese bread was decently cheesy and the marinara was tasty. The Caesar salad was good size and came with two dressings, which I appreciated. In addition to you standard pizzas, they have a solid selection of specialty pies from chicken and waffle to Nashville hot, cheeseburger and more. Also, they offer a good menu of other things such as wings, sammies, calzones, tots, and a few other specialty items. Service from entry to exit was friendly and helpful. Space was clean and decently kept. A little dated on some aspects, but all in all, decent vibes for a local pizza pub. Overall, really enjoyed the goods from Long Hollow Pizza & Pub!

My most recent visit in was met with stellar service, while my first visit a few weeks ago was lackluster and honestly borderline rude. Sad to admit, but I had not known the taste of Jet's pizza until about a year ago and in that moment, my life was changed. While Jet's is still a chain, the Detroit style pizza always hits the spot! My go-to's are a plain pepperoni Detroit style pie and some Jet's bread with marinara dipping. The pie is always hot, well cheesed and assembled to perfection while the bread is covered with a nice layer of cheese and served with that thick marinara goodness! One thing I do enjoy about Jet's is that you can get smaller sizes of the Detroit style pies, so if you are having a part of 1...you can get the 4 corner pie and feel a little better about yourself! The only thing I feel as though is always true, which is completely out of their control, is that someone at the bar is always a little too much into it and can barely walk so when they go to do anything, things get spilled and hit. All but one of us ordered personal pizzas, and the only different type was a large 2 topping. A few of us ordered super supremes but one was supposed to be on a thin crispy crust(trying to watch carbs). After waiting about 20 mins, the waitress cones out with one and already seems confused but sat the pizza in front of a guy in our party. He is being polite, as he's the only one with food in front of him. About 5 mins later, another exact same kind came out(mine). So now there's 4 ppl still waiting. No biggie. Right? Anyways, the 2 couples who recommended the place said that has never happened before. It was about 15 mins from the first pizza to come out to the last large 2 topping. I was going to wait until everyone got their pizza too, but they all told me to go ahead. And you don't have to tell me twice! I included a pic of my personal pizza and it fed me twice. They put a ton of toppings on it and it only costs $14. I took half of it home. We didn't make a big deal about the pizzas coming out one at a time. We just figured that maybe they only had one oven on. None of us were in any type of hurry. Our server was nice enough but there was too much confusion with who gets what. I'm retired from F&B and it would be easy to have a numbering system when taking orders so that the waitstaff doesn't have to start auctioning food. They should come out of the kitchen and know exactly where to put the food. It's a small restaurant and if you need help teaching your staff a numbering system, I'd be happy to help. It will cost you a pizza though. Just contact me and I can give you a quick run down. I don't offer my services free to anyone, but I don't like complaining unless I have a solution.

I was by myself, the man at the counter who I believe is also the cook talked to me and answers my questions. I had the Chicken Francese- I joked with him about seeing if it was as good as my recipe. And it was REALLY close. The portion was large and I actually hit 3 meals out of it (I'm not a huge portion eater- about 5 bites in and I'm full) I will return the next time I come into town.
