As first time homebuyers and a young, newly-married couple we wanted to see a lot of houses, and we had even more questions. Through the process, Anna remained patient and very kind to us even though we wanted to see SO MANY houses. Anna took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. Anna is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. We felt that she even looked out for our best interests. There were cases where we would be leaning towards a home, and she was very honest with us when she believed it wouldn't be a good investment! We are so glad she cared about us personally instead of her commission unlike many realtors. The process for us to buy a home was more difficult than most as we were buying a HUD home, but she made it as painless as possible. She was always only a text, phone call, or email away! We loved that she made herself available to us on our schedule (which was difficult as I worked nights at the time, and my husband was on days) Throughout this home buying process, she was able to find us an amazing investment. We are currently selling our home for far more than we purchased it! I was also very impressed with Anna's knowledge about home maintenance, construction, and renovations. She was always on the lookout for things that may not pass an inspection or be cause of worry for a buyer. When it came time for us to sell our home and move out of state, she even found us a reliable agent in the new state! We found Anna to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. We feel that we have an amazing relationship with Anna, we know she has strong ethics and morals! She is very honest and will tell you if you need to make changes prior to selling your home. I have zero complaints and neither do any of our friends who we have referred her to! We are pleased to recommend Anna to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business, extremely professional! If we ever have friends who need to buy or sell in the area move again she will be our first choice in real estate agents to recommend. We quite enjoyed working with this agency and this agent!

My husband and I recently…read morebought a home and sought out help last minute to figure out what the true value of the property was-we bought the home from family without realitors involved. Kris was that help. He came to the property the next day, and met us on a Saturday to go over what he had prepared. He prepared a full report that must've taken at least a few more hours, and suggested what we could do to improve the home. All of this, he did knowing there was no commission in a sale or purchase being made with his name on it; my husband and I were signing for the house three days after we asked him to help. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realitor. If and when we ever sell our home, we will use Kris Leistritz and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

    Terrible terrible terrible experiences…read more We rented from them for years. Day 1 we found issues with the home and told them. We gave up asking for help for repairs and we left with issues still going on. Some convenience, some cosmetic but some were structural. They did seem to care about rent payments though and had no problem getting on us for an error (autopay doesn't adjust when rent increases so we were $50 short and they threatened to evict without any "hey we think you're short can you adjust your autopay, thanks!"). Some of the workers were very nice. But for a while we found them very lazy. Then we had a great experience and stuff started getting repaired. We even helped to speed up the process. Then I got yelled at for asking for a date of inspection by the city to be changed as it was require us to help them with things. Apparently, it hadn't been done in years and was supposed to be done annually. How is this our fault? All I did was ask if there was another day we could use and this one worker got mad. When we left, I called to let them know we settled one concern on Friday at 4pm. The worker was very short with words when I said we would settle on the issue. The call took about 5-7 min. When I asked if she was upset with us or if I was misreading the situation, she got very defensive and said, "yes you are VERY MUCH misreading it". And then proceeded to rant on how she usually isn't even here on Friday at 4pm so this was holding her up... yeah I don't know if she realized that perhaps she could have said, "nope not upset just wanting to go on my weekend soon". Which would have been totally understandable. As a second shift person I forget that people like to be done at 5. But don't get so upset over nothing and then claim I'm misreading it. This was just a great example of the issue. I just want to explain that I am I guess lucky as normally I am fortunate in rentals. This has been the only place with major issues ever. As such, I am used to helping out the landlord and having them help. At my old place, we helped each other with things. So when there was a repair issue at this rental, I helped so it would not lead to major repair costs. It cost me $100 in wood and about a half day work. I just grew up in a small town and this is how it's done. But they never cared, or reimbursed me. Granted I never asked but after what happened later, maybe I should have. Luckily we left and are back with landlords that are decent. For example, the insulation in the basement fell on one side a bit. So I nailed it up and the landlord said thanks. Later, he offered to help with lawn care (which I was responsible for) after getting hurt. This is how I think it should be: people helping people. Not only caring about rent and then squeezing every dollar without repairing things. Just terrible.

The office manager Lindsey had the worst attitude, and maintenance doesn't exist at this company. I have been having toilet problems for a week, and have left several messages. It's still clogged. I would not recommend renting from this company, especially if you are low income or on a fixed budget, they will treat you like you don't exist, but still wants your rent on time. Please don't waste your time with this company, they are on straight bull shit!
