It is also connected to the Hong Kong Botanical Garden, which was a very nice visit as well :) During last December 2025, Pacific Place had a mall promotion- the more you spend, the more you save! You also get gifts when you spend and reach a certain amount tier. Definitely attracted a lot of customers to shop and spend. The mall also set up a special donation booth for donating to the devastating fire that broke out in Tai Po in November 2025. In return, you will get a cute Christmas decor (blind box). The staff at the booth was very patient and helpful. The Great Food Hall in the basement is also a must-visit supermarket for foreign snacks and delicious eats!

Anyway, with all that aside, this mall is an experience just because it is designed with such beautiful interior aesthetics. Harbour City is a shopping complex right beside the pier overlooking Victoria Harbour and with that offers a stunning view especially in the night when the city lights come alive. Along with the customer service and a map of the mall it's pretty massive enough that we got last and couldn't find the restaurant that we intended to try though browsing around majority of the shops are high end. There's quite a bit of selections available here regardless as I enjoyed looking at a health and wellness shop and some heath and beauty items as well. There's a massive, gorgeous Christmas house setup that's perfect for photos, twinkling lights everywhere, giant ornaments, the works. It's giving luxury winter fairy tale vibes and I'm obsessed. Of course the shopping is next-level too--Chanel, LV, Dior, Hermès, all the big names under one roof (or connected roofs lol). Feels extra fancy strolling around with the holiday decor everywhere. What I can't believe is how long Nathan Road goes all the way through Hong Kong and yes iSQUARE is one of them and was the closer access from our hotel. What honestly caught our eye are the many signs informing you of what's inside and it was Miniso. The cuteness overload was just so hard to resist and though there are many other biz, restaurants and even movie theater time and lack of energy has us being very selective and we did browse around a bit not really knowing the other shops that was there and getting around with some floors using the escalators while some was accessible by elevators was quite exhausting. If they had better directory so that we knew exactly where to browse we'd might've stayed longer but then again thankfully we didn't as this shopaholic had quite a full luggage. Thank you!

As a visitor and first-timer, the mall was a little confusing to navigate at first, but it's very convenient since it's directly connected to the Tung Chung station. There are also restaurants and additional shops outside of the mall area, which gives the area a lively atmosphere. Both the Novotel Citygate Hong Kong and The Silveri Hong Kong hotels are attached, making it super convenient for travelers. One thing about Hong Kong, there are lots of shopping malls. This contrast has been made even further lately with the major renovations at NTP where Armani, Buberry and Bally are all present in a place where people used to come to get pots and pans. This is the reality of the new Hong Kong I guess. Shatin Centre, despite its makeover, is still the neighbourhood shopping centre with the large number of small, non-chain stores. Here you will find old shoe shops (the ones where we used buy school shoes from- if you grew up here you know what I mean), small jewelers who don't cater for oligarchs like the major chain these days. There is also a disproportionate amount of personal care product retailers here which I can only presume is a strategy of the management company. You will also find fast food joints, and just cheaper restaurants as opposed to NTP nearby. When I was younger I didn't care for such things as NTP just seemed the cooler and nicer place to be. Nowadays though, all shopping centres are identical and as such, malls with little shops like this place makes for a more special experience. You don't have to fight with tourists (as much) here because the shops here are just too low brow for them. Which is just like for a skint like me.

The mall complex is actual a string of multiple malls that are connected between tunnels and bridge walkways. It actually has an entrance to my hotel which is beyond convenient if it decides to storm or the day is beyond humid [welcome to Hong Kong] The Mall is abundant in western high end brand and considering you haven't gone broke on paying rent on this city, you can shop to your heart's desire. Try not to get lost as this mall is HUGE. [9 stories - I'm still in search of the Lush store I saw it breiflly and haven't been able to find it again. I will be continuing to shop here in the next month.
