How long it takes to make them?

Hey there! That is a good question. It takes 20 minutes of you being in the shop while we measure your pronation and the it takes around 3 hs to the staff to edit, print and trim them to your footwear of choice. Cheers.

Hi, I have had several interactions with Elizabeth who answers the phone for Aspen Sports Medicine…read moreand sets up the appointments and I cannot emphasize enough how DIFFICULT she is to work with. Today she mentioned that AETNA does not cover dry needling, that is actually a false claim. I called AETNA and got them on the phone so they could explain to her they do cover dry needling and when AETNA asked what billing code they use for dry needling Elizabeth refused to provide it. When I asked if I could speak to my therapist, Ashley, prior to my visit so I could get the billing code she said no that is not possible. When I asked if I could set up a call to talk to the owner, Stan, prior to my visit she said no that is not possible. When I asked if Stan was in this week so I could pop in to chat with him she refused to answer if he was in. She went on to tell me I could Google the billing code and that she didn't even know if the therapist, Ashley, would be willing to bill AETNA for dry needling. There is nothing worse than a front office staff that is less than helpful. Katherine

I called his office and made an appointment with him. When I arrived, I was seen by someone else. I was seen by many people actually. I met Dr. Pevny on my way out of the business. The physicians assistant who saw me is not an in-network provider. I am now expected to pay the entire bill because it is out of network. I have tried since January to resolve this problem with the doctors office and they refuse to call me back. A patient should not be expected to walk around a doctors office and ask everyone who sees them whether or not they are in-network, when the patient made an appointment with the doctor himself and he is listed as in-network on the insurance company website. I have tried for five months to resolve this problem with Dr. Pevny's office. No one has bothered to call me back. On top of this, right after I was seen, I called to request a copy of my x-rays. No one called me back for that either. I do not live in Aspen and I cannot go to this business and resolve this problem in person. For this reason they get two stars. I cannot imagine what would've happened had I needed help from them immediately after visiting the office. I'd still be waiting. How the doctors office treats you is part of the care that you get. If they are not interested in helping their patients you should not do business with them.
