Sorry, Jason's... But I can't find any reason to give you any points. Here's a run down of my Friday night, starting at 11:04 pm: 1) Discover keys locked in car 2) Google "24 hour locksmith Murfreesboro" 3) Find the closest one (Jason's), and give them a ring 4) Talk to a nice man who told me he would forward my information to a technician who would be contacting me within 5 minutes (Prompt service!) 5) Wait for a call that never came, and call back 20 minutes later to confirm he had my correct contact number, only to be told to be patient. 6) Be patient for ANOTHER 30 minutes before calling back, only to be reassured that the technician was finishing another job and would be headed my way soon. 7) Wait ANOTHER 30 minutes, before calling back... to NO ANSWER. I called 3 more times, and they stopped answering the phone. 8) Call another locksmith, get in my car, and get home to bed just after 2:00. An hour and a half I waited for a call that never came. 3 times I was blatantly lied to by the person who answered the phone. If you can't send somebody out, tell them that. Don't keep telling them help is on the way when you know good and well it is not. I don't even know where to begin with the fact that you started screening my calls. Chances are if you are reading this right now you are locked out of your car or home, and are looking for someone to help. I want to do anything I can to discourage you from calling Jason's. Don't have the same experience I did!
