Extensive experience does not justify poor customer service. The owner called me "honey" and "my love" repeatedly over the phone in a condescending tone, which I let her know felt demeaning, and she continued to refer to me using those words. This is a business that deals with celebrations and happy moments, and I did not leave feeling any positive emotions about my purchase.
