She was extremely sweet and eager to help. She was working on something but quickly stopped because I had 20 questions. I asked her what her professional prices are for a 6ft and 5ft, though I personally think she's the best in business, she also priced very fair! (I'm coming from NorCal with a few events under my belt) so I'm always trying to learn and master my craft, Claudia was super knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me pick out the colors, gave me some tips, and allowed me to dive into her craft. I left with a mixture of brands that will be perfect for outside. She was honest with my selections and definitely made me feel 100% comfortable with them. I believe her teams a great addition to so much the store has to offer! Will definitely be coming back for everything because with the amount of balloons I got and free game; it's worth the trip. Loved it here! Also they do party rentals, posted some cute ones too / peeep her ig for all her work and tutorials :) IG @balloonspropaloma

Victoria has a go getter personality so she set up a meeting right away . I appreciated her quickness compared to the others who were not fast enough to grab my attention. We met up at the event space I gave her the colors, theme, some ideas and my mom's favorite flowers. She looked at everything and gave me a workable package . It really took the weight off my shoulders because I really just wanted to be in the moment during my mom's party and not worrying about anything. I thought I can at least take care of the favors and the cake but when the places that I was planning on ordering from said they wouldn't deliver...I had to second guess myself. I asked Victoria if she happened to do edible favors and a cake. I was in luck because she said she can do both! I was even happier because this way me and my family could just show up and everything would be done. The day of the party everything was set up beautifully and we had tons of compliments! Thanks so much for the awesome birthday displays!
