And I have dealt with the "new" owners many times. Since I left Vernon many years ago, and in the last decade I have wanted a flower shop that I could trust to send flowers to my Mom sight unseen, and not up-charge me, I tried another shop first, and was unsuccessful, then called Harris. I have been extremely pleased with the service and prices. They ask questions, make suggestions, let me know what they have fresh in stock. They have never over charged what they quoted, and have always delivered when they said they would. I visited the store when I was in Vernon, and was every bit as pleased with the service as when I have called from Edmonton. My mom has said they have always been very pleasant and accommodating with delivery as well.
