When they say "any occasion", they aren't kidding! I ordered a flower arrangement for a dinner I hosted this week and what I received was nothing less than a work of art. The ordering process was easy and the staff was knowledgeable. I gave them my ideas and they took care of the rest and even offered to deliver them! I procrastinated and ordered the same day I needed the arrangement but The Flower Cottage finished with time to spare and under my budget! The arrangement: It was full of silver dollars, blush roses, and the biggest, most beautiful Dahlias I've ever seen! Who would have imagined that kind of mix? Each fresh flower complimented the next. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WORSE THAN ANY OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE IN MY LIFE. PLEASE READ BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. Customer service is AWFUL, deliveries not made timely and Randall is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. I called and ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. They were not delivered and no one attempted to call me. The next morning I get a voicemail letting me know my flowers weren't delivered. Randall answered the phone and proceeded to YELL at me (the customer) telling me that I gave him the wrong phone numbers and address. I spelled and confirmed the address with him over the phone and he still got it wrong, blaming it again on me. I couldn't get a word in at all because he was yelling at me about how I was being stupid and this was all my fault. I ended up telling him I just wanted my money back and for him to not deliver the flowers and that I was going to leave a review about how poorly he treated me. He then said "go ahead honey, everyone will just laugh at you". Extremely misogynistic and rude. I will never give my money to this establishment. read more

I never leave reviews, but I had the worst experience with any business ever with this company. I am from out of state, so I spent hours looking for any flower shop that was open on Thanksgiving to deliver flowers to my dear friend who was very ill in the hospital. I finally found the Flower Cottage, who had delivery available on Thanksgiving, and I was so grateful. However, after calling to confirm my order multiple times over multiple days to no answer, the owner, Randall, finally answered and verbally berated me and made me cry over the phone -- even though his website listed Thanksgiving as available for delivery: the calendar function accepted the date with no issues and there were no notices anywhere that they would be closed Thurs-Sun, like other flower shops had done. He did not accept any responsibility and was actively angry and hostile towards me. If he's not going to accept holiday deliveries, that is absolutely understandable: but make that plain and clear on your website and do not allow orders to come through for those dates -- and certainly don't blame the customer. I do not recommend spending your money or time interacting with this business in any way. I should have listened to the other reviewers; clearly I am not the first customer to be mistreated in this way. read more

I don't have time (who does) to pick out just the right floral arrangement/gift for all of my orders. I call Lavette, give her an idea of what is needed, and who to send it to. She takes the initiative and makes each order special. Whether it's an arrangement for someone local or out of state, I've never worried that I'd get the best service. read more

Tami's was actually my third choice for sending my mother a mother's day bouquet - the first choice in Adairsville had been destroyed by the tornado, and the second place i called in Calhoun "didn't deliver" (really???). So i called Tami's. She was hoppin' busy and had to put me on hold a couple of times, but i get it, it's the week of mother's day, and i waited till 2 days before to call. i was calling from Texas. you're never sure you're gonna get what you want calling from so far away, but my mom called today and said it was the most beautiful bouquet she's ever had. she described what was in it - Tami's went above and beyond what i had asked for. And i thought the price ($75) was fair, same as what i paid here in austin, tx for my M-I-L's bouquet. My parents have lived in Calhoun for many years, but have never used Tami's. Well, now we have a new florist! We are extremely pleased. read more

Terrible! I ordered my wedding flowers from Tami's and when I picked them up they were nothing like the pictures I had given her. We talked about size and fullness, with full lilies and roses but they were nothing like that. She had 2 roses and 2 lilies in each bouquet and filled the rest with something that looked like ferns. She even looked at me and said she was afraid I wouldn't like them... hello!! Then redo them! The sad thing is is that the pictures I gave her were still in front of her when I got there- so I know she didn't lose them. read more

I ordered my wedding flowers from here this past summer because it was a good price. Though the bridesmaids bouquets, mothers' corsages, and men's boutineers looked decent enough, my bridal bouquet and toss bouquet looked like crap!! Not only was my bridal bouquet TINY, but the flowers (on both my bouquet and the toss bouquet) were wilting when they were delivered!! It was such a shoddy job, especially for a wedding!! I could not believe they had messed up the bridal bouquet of all things!! I would not recommend this place for weddings period! read more
