5/7/2019 Still waiting for my $1900.00 they took on 4/30/2019 without my signature! I was going to do business with them but after being mislead and then over charged on my credit card before signing an agreement. I will never do business with Floor Depot as they want to argue and lie to your face. My suggesting is keep looking and run away fast! Never give them your credit card with out paper work first.... As for the response from Floor Depot it is just another way to cover up Jamie's LIES! She wants to say she was talking 18 months when we never talked about 18 months my wife and I was completely aware when we first talked with her at the store that Synchrony was 12 months same as cash. I also have a copy of email along with invoice and not one time did it show anything about 18 months. Jamie also got rude when speaking with my wife on the phone and that phone call was recorded. My wife hung up on her. LIARS, LIARS LIARS BEWARE OF FLOOR DEPOT SOUTHAVEN & JAMIE. I now have to file a complaint with Synchrony for charging my card and I will also be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as my card was charged with out my signature. Synchrony is saying it could take up to 60 days for it to be resolved. As of 5/06/2019 still waiting for my refund had to file complaint with BBB and Credit card company. This was my second time doing business with this company and definitely my worst and last. Price increased on installation day despite showing flooring the day of consultation (I have video of it being shown) and the day the floor was dropped off for acclamation. Initial conversations resulted in me being told nothing would change, that I could either pay it or leave the job undone despite having requested a complete cost post showing floors and requesting carpet removal, additional warranties, labor and cost for extra paddings be included in quote. The Mgr, Jamie Osborne, is very unprofessional and called my phone after refusing to allow return of product due to dissatisfaction with service/unsuspected fees and began to yell at me and call me a liar. When I asked for the owners contact info she initially refused, though she would later provide an fake email address and tell me "he'll just end up yelling at you too". It was her calling back and playing on my phone that was the cherry on top. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

This is the single worst flooring company to do business with. I have been dealing with my situation since last November 2018 when the promised the work that I PRE PAID THEM TO DO would be done in one day. That became a 3 week ordeal that went thru Thanksgiving into Christmas. The Hardwood floor in my living room is improperly installed. It is not level and not glued properly. You can visibly see that the floor is not level and hollow. When my pet walks on the floor you can hear every footstep as if it were laminate. I told the installer it was not level. Floor Depot never even inspected the job. I had vinyl plank put in 3 bathrooms and hardwood put in living room. They didn't show up the initially scheduled day so I canceled the order. The following Monday an installer showed up and called me at work at 8am saying he was there to install. I advised him that I had canceled the order. Initially Todd was my Sales person. He was new and not fully trained so Brandon stepped in. Brandon is professional as long as there aren't issues. He convinced me if I would reschedule he would be there every step of the way. This was the worst decision I made. I should have never moved forward. They assured me this was a one day job. They didn't order enough vinyl plank so they couldn't complete the bathrooms. He completed one bathroom so there would be a working toilet. The other 2 bathrooms had commodes in the bathtubs for over a week. They did not order enough wood. It took a week to get the additional wood in and then the installer took 3 days to lay wood on about 250 sq feet. I couldn't use the room for several days. The main installer would leave one worker at my home and go handle personal things. The worker in my home could not speak English. When he put the toilet back in hall bathroom he broke a piece which caused water to leak around the toilet when flushed. I had to pay someone to take the toilet out and replace the part that the worker broke himself. That is jut the beginning of this ordeal.... I discussed the situation with Brandon and stated that I felt a discount was certainly appropriate given this situation (not to mention this ruined holidays at my house) and he agreed, however never follow through. Todd had advised he would come to my home the first day to ensure all went well and threw in "We don't usually do that, but I will for you ". Of course that never happened. Not once since coming to measure my house and presenting their off and asking for my credit card did they step foot in my house during the 3 week ordeal. Numerous unanswered calls and often reaching a voice mail box that was full for 2-3 days at a time. Whenever I would ask for the Boss, Brandon would state that he was one of the bosses and others not there. Spoke with Jamie in April. She advised she was the Sales Manager. Discussed the situation. She came to my home April 6th and agreed the floor was not installed properly and the lack of quarter round in bathrooms not correct. Next, Ben came to inspect on April 26th. He said this was repairable and they would get back with me. I never heard a word until May 24th. I called back within an hour and was told Jamie was gone. I asked for return call to schedule repair and never heard back. Brandon hasn't worked there for months and Todd just side steps every conversation repeatedly stating he "handed it off" and isn't involved. Wait wait wait....... I started the calls again after totally being ignored to be lied to by Jamie stating they had called me several times which is untruthful. I have phone records of every number that dials my number. We schedule repair for August 21st. Installer to pick up materials at 9am and head to me which is 5 minute drive. At 10:16 am I receive call from Jamie that the installer was still working on another job and wouldn't be coming and that she can reschedule for 26th. I had already advised them I was traveling week of Aug 26th so that was not acceptable. She said she could "try" to talk him into working on Saturday. I asked her to have him come later in day Wed or Thur/Friday and was told "other customers already scheduled on those days" I advised she could put them off like she kept doing to me. she said she would check and call me back to which I had heard NOTHING. Bottom line : TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE WORK, AND LIARS. HAVE RECEIVED NO CREDIT, NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR COST TO REPAIR TOILET THAT THE WORKER BROKE, AND NO REPAIR TO MY ROOM which actually should be total re done. read more

I came in to order tile for a shower remodel. I brought measurements in to get enough tile for the job. The salesperson did not order enough tile to complete the job. They said they would call me when it was ready to pick up. They said it would be ready I. 3-5 days. After 2 weeks I called to see if it had come in. I thought it might be a little delay due to Christmas and new year holidays. They then informed me that it was in but I had to go directly to two different warehouses in the Memphis area to pick it up myself. When I arrived at the warehouses, they had no idea what was ordered from where so I had to make several phone calls trying to find out what to pick up where. I live in Olive Branch and it took half a day just to pick everything up and sort out the ordering mess. When I went back to order the extra tile I needed to complete the job they told me they didn't deal with the same people anymore and could not help me. They wouldn't let me return what I ordered already and said "good luck finding another dealer." I went to Tim Hogan's and the owner bent over backwards to help me. He was even able to get my extra tile from the same lot number. read more
