I booked an RMT massage…read more3 weeks in advance, the clinic confirmed the appointment on multiple occasions up until the day prior to the massage. Once I arrived at the location the staff at reception let me know the appointment was cancelled and that they called/left message/emailed/texted - the only correspondence I had was an email 3 hours prior which I had not had the chance to read. I let the person know that I had not received a call, voicemail or text, she insisted I was incorrect and did not take ownership of the mistake, she was rude and kept saying that she did call and leave a voicemail which was a blatant lie and regardless should have offered an apology. At one point she did say "I called all of my clients today" so I don't know if this was the RMT or the reception but either way handled incredibly poor, I followed up by email and it has gone unanswered which is why I am leaving a review. From the research I've done it appears they cancel RMT massages at the last minute regularly - I would stay away from this location if you are in pain and needing massage services for these reasons. I would like to mention the chiropractic services have been amazing, Dr. Mubashir Naeem has been professional, kind, and thorough in my treatment and I have felt immense relief in my pain since becoming his patient. I will continue to give my business for this reason! 5 stars

Alex always takes time to thoroughly inquire as to my current back and neck woes, tailoring my treatment to whatever ails me at that instant (sore legs from CN Tower climb last visit for instance). She's thorough, professional and very friendly but doesn't chatter all throughout the treatment. I'm happy to chitchat a little, but isn't being relaxed and turning your brain off part of the massage? She's also always offering up great suggestions for aromatherapy and other specific little touches as required...I'd go into more detail but I'm usually quite out of it by the time I'm done, so I don't remember too much. Parking is sort of a hassle (not their fault of course) but manageable. But the place is clean and quiet (despite being in the middle of a busy part of Port Credit) and the prices are very reasonable.
