Took the kiddos to great time for fall break and learned the The Final Lap is not actually a part of Great Times. The Final lap is an independent contractor for them. I ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and a pitcher of juice, after ordering I immediately sat down right by the cash register to wait for my name to be called. After about 25-30 minutes I went up to check the status and was immediately faced with rudeness from a bunch of teenage young adult workers. They told me they called my name 5 times and that I should had listened for my name to be called. I informed them I been sitting there the whole time and did not here my name called. They proceeded to give me two cold pizzas that I refused to take. I asked to speak with a manager. I young adult male appeared and basically told me that he would make the pizzas over. I was ok with getting fresh pizzas. Him and another young lady huddled up and then came back and basically told me that I could not get fresh pizzas and that I refund could not be issued. Things did escalate because now where is the customer service. The general manager from Great Times and Security came over because I was demanding a refund and told them I will not leave the counter until I get my money back. From one business owner to the next. this is not how you treat your customers. This part of the great times is ran by young kids that are not properly trained in customer service. first my name was never called. they couldn't even tell me my last name. the grea time manager on duty along with the security was trying to rectify the situation and stated that they have had many complaints. The workers were just rude and very very disrespectful. many other unhappy families while present as well during this time. I have also escalated this as well. This is just the start.
