The instructors are awesome. Katie, Janet and Sherry (listed in no particular order) inspire me to work hard. The other folks in the classes are welcoming and friendly. I want to explore some of the other options at the facility on Pine St to get a better perspective of ALL their offerings. Martita at the Pine St location is so helpful as are all the staff.

There is a young lady named Quo. She has impressed me in every way. Definitely the hardest working person there. She calls me by name every time I go, and she's always busy. Quo, your a superstar! My daughter was very unsure of herself and lacked any self confidence, with Jessica's assurance and her own personal testimony of what taking back her health looked like my daughter decided to give the gym a chance! This choice has moved mountains for me and my daughter. She has felt sooo good and loves going to the gym. Her appearance is changing slowly, and she is going to be in her first quincenera and be fitted in a dress for the first time ever. She also isn't shying away from any school events like she used to just because she was "afraid" of what if someone made fun of her size or weight. My husband and I went to Bennie's 9:30am class this morning…read more STAFF - I have to say they are amazing! Bennie, Josh, and Caleb. All three of them are so kind and hospitable. I am from San Diego (my husband from here) and I felt right at home. It was our first class and they helped us understand the class and how it worked. Because we were new, Josh stuck with us to make sure we were all good! CLASS - We did the cardio & strength class. There were 10 different stations that were 5 minute each. You start with a dynamic workout before starting the circuit. It was really fun and you got a great workout! They played music, Bennie was on the mic motivating you, and the other two coaches Josh and Caleb walked around to motivate and push you. If we lived in Texas, we would get memberships and come everyday! We had a blast and it was all because the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. We would recommend this to everyone looking for a great place to workout with amazing people.
