The classes there are relatively small which is good for the student. They do pay individual attention to everyone. This is not a place where you go and get cruddy training either. Expect to get results as long as you put your mind and body into it. I would consider this an upscale training center. Very nice. I regretfully had to cease my training because to be quite honest it gave me buttocks if steel and my husband at the time got very jealous. Which sucked. Cuz I loved it there.
