This is the 2nd time in the past couple of years this has occurred with her at this location. Her friend made a call to complain, but felt as it there was no sympathy or emotion towards her complaint. Her and her friends will not be back. And a bad experience will be shared with all they know.

My wife had the Philly Cheese Steak. The fish and chips were one of the best I have had in a pub chain. Portions were good, service was good, the food arrived in about 10 minutes. It was busy which shows that it is good value, people were waiting for tables when we left. My only complaint is that there was too few waiting staff and tables were not cleaned when people were taking them. Overall, very good and we will go back.
