Extremely disappointing.
I brought my mother in to look for shoes. She is in a wheelchair and the store is not at all handicap accessible (although they do have a handicap parking space in front of the store), it was almost impossible for us to just get through the two doors to the store as there is a sharp incline and a heavy door with no automatic opening. The store is very small, very disorganized, and cluttered with products on floors, chairs, and it appeared just thrown anywhere; it was impossible to move to look at anything. The woman who finally greeted us (there was only one other customer in the store and there were at least two employees present) kept calling us by someone else's name and couldn't remember information given to her. She took my mother's insurance cards and did something with them without explaining what she was doing, either before asking for them or after...upon hindsight we regret giving any personal information as we are not sure what it was/will be used for. We have great respect for small businesses and wanted this to be a good experience now and for future purchases, but we simply could not believe how incredibly bad it was...from the customer service experienced to the actual store itself. It was an extremely disappointing experience. read more
