I spoke with Mike on the phone last week about my situation. He was professional and patient with my little worry-filled self. He followed up diligently to my questions / concerns and provided resources that were helpful for my situation. He worked w my uncertain timeline due to this particular unstable individual's unpredictability. The situation ended up resolving peacefully. Next day I received an email from bark that Eagle Eye Investigation is unable to help with my job. We signed a contract and sent him payment via Zelle. I was helping him with the location from my GPS tracker sending him the precise locations. He completely ignored my direction, instead he deployed surveillance on a day when the vehicle was not at the target address, but on my home address. They started following my car, they lost it at the traffic light and tried to locate my car for hours. How a professional surveillance wouldn't have any fallback plan for this kind of common scenario ? He then suggested to deploy GPS tracker that he can have access to, and I complied. He sold me a device with $$$, and I put that in my car. After about 2+ weeks when I didn't hear from him, I reached out to him I needed a report in about a week. He then rushed to the address on a day when the car was not supposed to be at the target address. By the time GPS battery was low and he lost the connections. He basically wasted my money, and time. He sold the device to me and charged hours that were completely useless. He will not hesitate to lie (upfront).
