Its a small shop and the outside makes it a little uninviting, however the customer service is 10 out of 5 stars. The owners are super friendly, and will work with you to make sure your project is the best it could be. I walked in with a PDF of the banner I needed to make, the owner told me that it would need a couple of things to make it better (white outline to make the words pop) and worked with me to make it into an adobe illustrator file (good thing I had my laptop with me.) After that, he did the rest, tweaked it to make the white outline to the text and also added a shadow to really make it pop. He asked if I needed the grommets put in (no extra charge) and since it was a large banner, he put in 8 (instead of the usual 4 you would get at just the corners.) I was also debating whether or not to get another project done and let him know that it might be a possibility, and left the files with him just in case. I let him know the day after and he was able to complete everything (one large banner and 6 flags - 3X5 - all in record time. They accept a variety of payments, including PayPal. The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.
