If I could give NO stars I would. I have never received such a misleading representation of a product before in my life. Buyer BEWARE!! What you see on their website will not even be close to what you receive, and sadly they did not even reach out to say that the flowers and arrangements that they are showcasing on their website, they do not even carry in stock, and therefore would be designing completely different arrangement with completely different flowers and colors. They showcase something very different then they deliver. I understand sometimes a florist has to make a substitution, but delivering a completely different arrangement that does not contain ANY of the flowers in the original order, and not reaching out to the customer to explain or ask if sending a completely different arrangement would be okay, is just horrible customer service and business. There are so many florists, do not trust this one. When I called to discuss the flowers that were delivered with the Manager, (Kasey), I was talked over, told I was a good lesson for them to learn from...Really? How about, apologizing first, then launching into your 10-minute spell of how you put pictures of arrangements on your website to show, but that they are really not what you will arrange or deliver. I think what you are doing falls very close to false advertising, Kasey. Don't show your customer what you wish you could deliver, show them what you will deliver when they buy your product. Terri's Florist is absolutely the best! Our daughter Annalise and her now husband Chris were married June 28th at the Lakeside Inn in Mt. Dora. They had an outside wedding and an indoor reception. Although the wedding was in Mt. Dora, we live several hours away, and our daughter lives in Athens, GA. We never were able to visit Terri's Florist, but since my husband found them online with rave reviews, we thought we would plan the wedding flowers with them. We did this by phone and by email with pictures of what our daughter wanted. Terri and staff were wonderful! We never saw the flowers until a couple of hours before the wedding, and we were overwhelmed! They were absolutely gorgeous! Annalise and Chris wanted sunflowers and other small dark blue flowers, and her bouquet, the bridesmaids' single sunflowers, and the groom and groomsmen boutonnieres were extraordinary! The flowers were even wrapped in a delicate burlap piece with ribbon. What we hadn't told Terri's was that the guest favors were in little burlap bags and the dog ring-bearer had 2 small burlap bags, each with a boxed ring, tied to her harness! Thank you so much, Terri's, for making the flowers for our daughter's wedding so wonderful! We highly recommend your shop! read more

Unbelievable! I live in Leesburg but could get no service for flowers for my wedding. Everyone wanted me to look online first and choose from there. Out of frustration, I just did an online search and drove to Terri's without an appointment. Although it was a Saturday and they were working on two weddings, they graciously worked with me to determine what I liked, made an impromptu bouquet to give me an idea what it would look like, and continued to go through a checklist to make sure I had what I needed. I live out of the area. I was on a long road trip, and my mom's 87th birthday got away from me. I had my husband call on FRIDAY for flowers to be delivered on SATURDAY. Yep. Poor planning on my part, I know. On the day (10/10/2020) I check my phone, I have a message. I call. The gist of the conversation - we don't have perfection - but we WILL deliver a beautiful arrangement today, and make it perfect on Monday. AND THEY DID! Called and ordered flowers for a funeral, the girl who took my order was very friendly and accommodating. The arrangement I chose on-line had a lot of pink flowers and the funeral was for a man. The florist assured me that they would use more masculine colors for the occasion. They did not charge me a delivery charge, the flowers were waiting for the family when they arrived at the funeral home and they were beautiful. I was very please with my arrangement and would definitely use them again and recommend this florist to friends. Great florist! read more

I have used this facility multiple times and each time the flowers are perfect. The staff calls with any updates if changes are needed, answer all my questions and deliver excellent products. My Mom had a bad day being by herself during COVID and I thought I would cheer her up with some flowers. I selected a beautiful, bright arrangement that would brighten her day. Terri's florist shop did an outstanding job with this and had the flowers delivered to her in a very timely way. She sent me a picture and they were every bit as beautiful as pictured if not more so. I ordered the blooming garden basket for mothers day and was a bit nervous not knowing the quality of what was being sent, as I'm not familiar with this particular business and am 1,000 miles away. I ordered a basket of flowers off the Internet, so I only had a picture to judge the flowers by. Oh wow! I was able to see the basket of flowers after they were delivered, and it was even better then the picture! Terri's went over and beyond with the amount of flowers they used. Stopped in for my moms birthday to get flowers. They did this fast as I waited and they looked great! I loved the choice of vases and I told them my price range and what colors I would like.
