The guy at the desk was not super professional. Dressed in a hoodie with the hood up, a backlava, gold chains etc. couldn't give us a room at the advertised price we found online so we went outside and booked a room at the advertised price from a third party. Desk guy seemed more interested in appearing cool than delivering great service but we all survived. The room was as you might expect in an older building. Uneven flooring, the vinyl planks were failing. The lights were outfitted with cool white bulbs which gave more of an interrogation vibe than a peaceful vibe. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and a rusty old base of something in the shower that was shedding metal shards. The cleaning products they use have a harsh smell but hey, it was clean. Nice beds. Cute outdoor smoking deck on the second floor. All in all, a pleasant experience. Just don't expect the Hilton. And if highly scented cleaning products bother you, this isn't the place for you. But you can't beat the location. Just beautiful. read more

My experience was in Room 204. The phone had no power or phone line; it was just sitting on the nightstand. Lots of rust visible everywhere. Filthy carpet. Holes in ceiling and walls. Rotted wood doors. Leaking plumbing under sink. Room 204 had a missing smoke detector, and we found that the window latches were unlocked and didn't function. YOU'RE PAYING FOR LOCATION! It's not quite your 3-4-5 Star Hotel but if you're looking for a place to rest after a long day, this is a great option. The location is the best in my opinion! It's right on the edge of downtown, closer to to residential neighborhoods but less than a few blocks to the heart of downtown. I felt safe in this area. Also -- FREE PARKING! Can't beat that if you're staying in downtown! I took a peak inside one of the other rooms and noticed that my room was a bit outdated compared to it. My room still had the carpet but updated bathroom/shower. There was a mildew smell that I wasn't too fond of but I was out the whole day and came back to sleep. The check-in process was kinda weird too. I showed up to a few people in line looking in a mailbox for their keys. Luckily, I asked one of the person what they were doing and my name was in the box with my room key. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable place to stay; this is not a bad option. I've experienced better but for the price point, location, and free parking -- I'll take it for a one night stay. If you're looking to spend 2+ nights, I would look elsewhere for comfort. read more

The one star is not deserved. Sheets were stained, I feared for bed bugs or other creatures in the outdated room. TV didn't work, tiles in bathroom coming up, no toilette paper, and view faces parking lot of a school. After having it there all day, I left in my car and met a friend back at the hotel, and we went inside for 45min max and my car got towed. The worker said the tow trucks comes every 2 hours but the tow driver said she ordered it towed. I'm in an Uber to pay for it myself because the manager cannot be contacted. Due to my love of history in this building, and the immense amount of potential I know is there, I really wanted to give this place another try. I did enjoy my stay more this time! Not to be rude, but if I'm honest, It was nice to be there in this beautiful building, minus the negative energy of the grumpy older desk woman whom I've had no positive interaction with. When you are made to feel rushed when inquiring on the history, it just really takes the air out of visiting a historical property. I was a little put off, and that is why I did not give them four stars, when I called. The woman who answered the phone made it seem initially as if I could not check in, and it was like 9:45pm. They don't close until midnight according to their website and Yelp. When I let her know plate leave that I was made aware through reading reviews from prior yelp visitors, they were able to check in via a late check in policy through a lockbox, She backtracked a bit, then said she guesses that she could send a hotel employee down there to put a key in the box. Our room was nice, my son was very excited that it had a Roku TV. Everything seemed pretty tidy, not overtly sanitized or anything, but tidy. The bed and the pillows in this room though, I must say, the pillows are very in need of replacing, kind of flat, absolutely nothing as to what she would expect a nice Inn. The blankets could be a bit more fluffy and inviting, maybe that's just a personal preference, but my opinion. I hope within my next visit, as I'm sure I'll stay at this beautiful property again, that I'm able to give this place a full five stars. I know they have it in them, I really do. read more

I don't review hotels but I came here for an outdoors Sound Healing event, and even though the location is prime and the space is beautiful, they weren't prepared for some good old Florida rain water and we ended up in a weird little room, which made the experience less enjoyable and less relaxing. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Stayed a number of years ago and thought the Inn was great. Good rooms, great location, etc., so booked a stay for this past weekend. This place is awful. Desk service isn't great, bathroom door didn't close, room seems much smaller than last time, bathroom situation is pretty terrible, and we heard everything in the hallway and the neighboring rooms. Everything seemed damp. The pull-down shades had black spots. Dead plant in the hallway by the elevator (so, no attention to detail). We checked out a day early and decided to drive back home late at night as opposed to staying the second night and driving in the morning. Location remains great; however, this place is basically a Motel 6 or something similar. read more

This place was actually perfect for me for the price. It was 30-50% cheaper than comparable options in Downtown Orlando and more central than anything offered on AirBnB. It is in a great location as it is easily walkable to downtown, The Milk District, and Thornton Park and a short Uber from the Baldwin Park area. It is a boutique hotel so if you are looking for a large room then this might not be a great fit for you. As a few of my pictures show it also has some wear and tear - I point this out not as a complaint but just as reference because I know some people care about such things. But the place was clean and secure. I have read some other people have had issues with the Key App - I got in early so my key wasn't downloaded yet but I call the customer service line and she texted me directions on how to get into the safe that has the physical plastic keys. The other bonus is it sits right on top of a wonder craft brewery - Persimmon Hollow Brewery - so you have a great beer/wine and food option just downstairs! I did have some minor issues with the TV (the remote didn't work great) and the WiFi (the signal was weak and it didn't appear to have enough bandwidth to stream). But other than that it was a great stay - I would recommend to any single traveler or couple looking for an affordable stay right off Lake Eola. read more

Ok... where to begin. I stayed here one night checked in late around 11pm. Apparently they close at midnight so if you have a late arrival, better book somewhere else. The room is ok, a/c was cold, ceiling fan was a nice touch which you don't find in many hotels, bed was ok but pillows were pretty flat. It was fine for me as only needed a few hours of shut eye... All that being said... I'm not very picky when it comes to hotels except for one thing... cleanliness. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in, and I've stayed in some pretty low key hostels. If a bunch of college age travelers using shared bath facilities can keep a cleaner facility than this place, than it comes down to poor and careless management. There was mildew in the shower, dust and hair on bedside my table, visible dust/dirt on the carpet, crusty stains, etc. The lady at the desk was very friendly, but judging by others with previous posts commenting on the same (which I should have read first) they don't seem to take cleaning/upkeep very seriously. Some simple Lysol, pledge, and a vacuum cleaner could solve some of it. A coat of paint or two wouldn't hurt but that part really doesn't bother me. Sigh. Ok... so, I was in town for one night and instead of the usual stay at x hotel I thought, let's check out a new place...unfortunately, that backfired a bit. I'll dive in with...paper thin walls. I heard people walking through the hallway at 3am...as well as doors shutting all through the night. In pretty sure I heard my neighbors making love as well. Like, for real...they came into their room a little later than 3am and woke me up with their loud talking...then I heard them breathing heavy and making grunting noises. No dirty talk, luckily, but I was in between my sleep hearing these fools next door getting busy. That should never happen at a hotel. Now they do offer free bottles of water - that was a nice perk. And the front desk staff was super nice. Like exceptionally nice and really the main reason that I even bumped it up to 2 stars. Back to the bad....the bathroom had patches of putty where they had repaired the wall.....but never repainted it. How hard is it to add a fresh coat? It wasn't like a little patch, it was a pretty noticeable patch. The hallways also had A LOT of visable wear and tear....and another putty patch. Come on man, just paint it. Location is nice though. Right in downtown across from lake eola. Parking was free. The lot is super small and can be tricky to park, but we did fine. Back to the bad....The bed- pretty sure the frame was broken as the right side pretty much sunk down almost to the floor. I had to sleep on the left - but it was a teeter totter effect with my wife all night as I tossed and turned, I felt like I was about to launch her into the TV. Plus the pillows were pretty stiff. Overall the rooms were pretty small, and while they did offer a nice balcony, we didn't use it on our stay. I don't think I'll be coming back on future trips....they have a lot of housekeeping items (wear and tear) to take care of, and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've slept in. read more

I really wanted to live this place because it has so much potential of the owner would just invest a little bit of TLC. Firstly, the location is 5/5. It's right off Lake Eola (gorgeous) in a beautiful historic building and there is Persimmon brewery conveniently located within the same building which is also a win because (craft beer/food duh) We checked in pretty late and had no real issues. We were granted 1 key and no Wi-Fi passcode but ultimately obtained it after going back downstairs as no one answered the front desk from the room. The ambiance is so cute unique. I was very hopeful. Carpets are stained and need to be replaced. My boyfriend was suffocating from Fabuloso but I guess I'd rather that than pure funk? 2nd deck patio was adorable but furniture was ripped and dirty. Our room was no frills. peeling paint, worn out frayed carpet, and rust on all things metal including door frames. The ac which may have been white at one time was yellow. Door frames were peeling and damaged from mold. Towels were provided but were missing a few. Unique artwork on the wall-no name brand tv, and flattened pillows. Bed was firm but comfy and linens seemed to be very clean. Shower was a challenge as in I couldn't turn it on and it seemed to be an afterthought as there were nozzles on the other side of the shower that only had 1/2 and one was just a hunk of rust. I did see another room this morning being cleaned, however and it did look quite nice and updated...maybe we just got the oldest room? Also, the walls are kind of thin but in an old place that is to be expected. They also did have a better than most places breakfast area with bagels, donuts, apple and orange juice. Cereal, fresh apples, and danishes were options as well. And several keurig coffee options along with bottled water. I really wish I could give this place more stars, but I just can't unfortunately. Stayed here one night. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is within walking distance of nice restaurants and the park. There is a nice brewery/restaurant attached to it. This is honestly the nastiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. As soon as you start walking up the stairs you can see that the carpet is so stained and gross you can barely even tell what it's supposed to look like. In my room, the carpet was just as gross and was warped around the furniture. Speaking of furniture, it looked like cheap Ikea furniture that had gotten into a fight with a bear's claws. You could see exposed particle board wood everywhere on what was supposed to be black wood furniture. There were stains all over the place. The bathroom had mold and rust everywhere. To make everything even worse there were bugs crawling around my bed when I pulled the covers back. Seriously, stay far away from this place! Just run the other way! read more

My husband and I chose this boutique hotel for the price and location. Our expectations were to have a decent place to sleep for the night. Boy weren't we surprised! We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee. I believe his name was Chad. The lobby is small but clean and offers free bottled water and an assortment of free coffees via a Keurig. Upon arriving in our room, 308, we were floored. It was well decorated, very clean, has a very large balcony, and a bathroom to die for. In the center is a very large bathtub big enough for two large people. On either side are sinks, one with a swing out magnifying makeup mirror so amazing that i'm trying to find the same one for my home! Oh, and the view for the bathroom is beautiful too! For several years, my husband and I have stayed at the EO Inn. When we have guests in from Philadelphia and New York, we always book their rooms there. We stay as well as we live in Daytona Beach. My son, a critical care, paramedic, booked myself and my husband a room there for Father's Day on Sunday and also a Monday nights stay. My 38-year-old son wound up having a stroke that weekend. Sunday night I spent the evening in the hospital terrified with worry. I did not even think to call the hotel and didn't need it as I never left the hospital. On Monday, we called to cancel our stay for Monday evening. I understand not being refunded for Sunday night, because there was no call, but under the circumstances with a critical situation with a family member, the front desk clerk said she spoke with the manager, and the manager refused any sort of refund nor any compensation, such as a 1 night future stay. I've always loved this hotel. Centrally located. Rooms very clean & eclectic. Staff friendly. Realizing business is business, one would think this owner/manager would treat guests who have booked multiple times & multiple guests, some exception would have been made. We even offered to show proof of my son in hospital should there be any question of what happened. BTW-Son is recovering well We will be looking into other options for future stays in Orlando. read more

This place feels like a scam, beware. Not only was the room dirty but when I was packing up my things in the morning there was a huge pane of shattered glass under the bed. There is no staff and no one that answers the phone. I booked a reservation and paid in advanced. When I got to the hotel I was told there was no reservation in my name, even when I had all the info and itinerary information to give them. She told me to cancel my reservation and pay for a new room - even though when you cancel in 24 hours no refund will be given. She assured me everything would be sorted in the morning. Well, I checked in at the front desk from 7 am - noon and no none was around and no one would answer the phone. I've tried for weeks to get ahold of them and no one answers. I've never felt scammed by a hotel and am not very picky when it comes to where I lay my head when traveling. This is the first review I've written. Stayed at The Eo Inn for four nights and left with some mixed feelings. For that reason, I think it's best to break it down into some pros and cons. PROS: 1. SUPER friendly staff at almost all hours of the day. I think I encountered at least five different people and never once were they not courteous and helpful. 2. Awesome location right by Lake Eola and other conveniences including 7-11, Publix, restaurants, and downtown. 3. Free water in the lobby! Just wish there was a fridge in either the room or lobby to keep it cold. There is also a Keurig down there (not in each room) if you are in desperate need of coffee. 4. Easy check in and check out. 5. Small parking lot out front where you can keep your car at no additional charge. 6. The bed was pretty comfy! Came with so many pillows and a fluffy comforter. 7. Wifi was available through a few different networks (i.e. EoInnFloor 3, EoInnFloor 2, etc.) It was pretty strong for the most part but I sometimes had to jump between. CONS: 1. I was on the third floor and would wake up to noise coming from the outside every day. From the bus passing to people talking on cellphones, I could hear it all! Within the hotel too, I could hear doors slamming in my hallway. 2. No fitness facilities. To each his own and it was nice there was a lake to run around, but I always enjoy this feature, especially for long stays. 3. The bathroom was so tiny. I couldn't fit all of my toiletries on the sink and always had to make sure the toilet seat was down because I was positive all my makeup, jewelry, and hair appliances were going to fall in there. 4. Just kind of strange amenities included vs. left out. There are robes in the room but the ironing board is out in the hallway. Also, would've been nice to have a laundry bag for dirty clothes. 5. I think the whole room could use an update. Some electrical plugs were worn out so chargers would simply fall, the bathroom looked similar to my college dorm from the tile to sink, and it just felt somewhat old. So there ya go. Did I survive four nights? Yes! Was I comfy? Yes! It would probably not be my first choice for another stay in Orlando but in an area where prices seem rather high, I wouldn't count it out. read more

After staying four nights at The Eo Inn, I thought the rooms and building itself fell somewhere between one to three stars, but the service around four. My take: ***** I. ROOMS The first room, which resided on the second floor, had a list of major problems. The outlets didn't work, it had several random un-painted patches wall, and worst of all fecal matter on the upper insides of the toilet rim that I saw when laying down on my stomach on the bed. So I called the front office and asked for a room change. They obliged, without any problems, and provided me a key to another room upstairs. My new room felt considerably cleaner, and there were no stains on the toilet. (More on the bathroom later.) I thought it was kind of weird, though, that there was a slight hole around the air conditioner. That needs to be patched up, so cold air doesn't leak out of the room. The bedroom also came with a shelf/ TV stand/ desk thing that I used for work. It was fine. This room's outlets still didn't work for me. II. BED I'm not exactly sure what happened to the right side of the mattress, but it was completely broken. And I didn't want to be an jerk and call the front office, again, about relocating to another room so I sucked it up and slept on the left side of the bed for four nights. To be fair, the left side of the bed was fine. III. BATHROOM As I mentioned before, the toilet was clean. What I don't understand is that the bathroom only had half of shower glass pane-thing (not door), so water splashed all over the ground. And the shower knob resided on the opposite side of the shower head. Every time I wanted to adjust the temp, I had to reach behind me to do so. lol. Ridiculous. IV. SERVICE The folks were super nice, and they're probably the highlight of the trip. V. OTHER TIDBITS -Supposedly there was a hot tub, but it was covered the entire time we were there. -One side of the building is lucky enough to have a long balcony. The only problem is that only one light fixture works. -There are shower curtains that allow you to have a little privacy on the balcony. VI. OVERALLL Despite the awesome location adjacent to Downtown and Lake Eola, I really think this establishment desperately needs a hardcore remodel before I ever return. read more

I stayed in the Inn for one night while on a quick business trip and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again... for business. The Good: + Location, location, location. Downtown, across the street from a lake, on top of a Panera. Heck yes. + Beautiful, large balcony. + Cold Diet Cokes out of a machine for a mere 75 cents. Suck it, overpriced minibar. + Awesome spa-like bath goodies: even makeup remover cloths! The Bad: / The room was pretty small, the bathroom even smaller. I live in pretty small living conditions on the regular so I'm okay with it, but I wouldn't want to spend a whole lot of time in my room. / Front desk is not 24 hours. I understand it's an inn, but I arrived around 3pm and had to call for someone (luckily he was there in a few quick minutes) but what happens if you lose your key at midnight?! The Ugly: - The NOISE. I can't believe this place is a spa as it was amazingly loud. Paper thin walls and despite being a heavy sleeper I could hear everything going on throughout the whole building. Th Eo Inn is my go-to hotel for when I want to stay in downtown Orlando. The main draw for me is location - it's right by Lake Eola and is located near my company's office. I love being able to walk the lake and access all of the restaurants and such around it without worrying about driving. The rooms are nice and simple. The wi-fi has worked consistently for me, which is a big plus. If you can, get a balcony room so you can see the park. (Also, two Pokemon Go stops overlap at this hotel in 99% of the rooms, so you'll have fun if you want to play but don't want to walk the lake again.) The staff has always been super friendly. Don't be afraid to ask questions or for local recommendations. There are only two tweaks I'd suggest for the hotel. First, the rooms are fairly humid no matter the time of year. The AC units will keep you cool, but they don't do much for the humidity. Second, the parking lot is small. Luckily, I have always been able to get a spot, but when commuting in I do worry about where I'll have to park. These definitely aren't deal breakers for me, but if you're sensitive to these things just keep them in mind. I'll be staying here again multiple times in the future, I'm sure. Why 3 stars? Because it was centralized and affordable. --- --- --- I'm very low maintenance about hotels. I have never once taken a trip somewhere, and spent more than the minimum amount of time in my room. Why would I do that? A hotel is simply a place to shower and sleep, and I always opt for budget over luxury. And if you're looking to stay in Downtown Orlando on a budget, this is your place. However, if any of the notes below are deal breakers for you, you might want to look elsewhere: -With the window/unit A/C running, the rooms feels kind of grossly stale. The sheets are almost kind of sticky due to the humidity. -I really dislike it when shower glass does not fully enclose you in the shower. It doesn't allow the heat to be trapped in, and water spills out all over the floor. Both of these things happened here. -The bathroom just seemed to be in need of a little maintenance - some paint would go a long way to cover up some of the blemishes. I saw a few different rooms at this hotel and they all shared this common issue. -A mini-fridge is always nice when staying somewhere for several days, but our rooms lacked this. Outside of that, as I said, this hotel was a nice bang for the buck. The staff was very friendly, and I really enjoyed the location being near a giant park, downtown, and many nearby restaurants. read more

What a disappointment! Photos from the website are very misleading. This place needs some TLC. Filthy carpet in hallways, stairs and elevator area. Rooms are sparsely furnished and some have no closet in which to hang clothes. While our bed linens appeared clean, the box spring was exposed with no dust ruffle or footboard - just the tags hanging off the end of the bed. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything in adjoining rooms. Second floor location also meant you got to hear people on the floor above walking around. Large houseplants that were placed in common areas are dead. Friends reported their room smelled as if a gallon of Fabulosa floor cleaner had been spilled in there. They also had a bright light shining through their window all night which the blinds could not conceal. As a result, they left the next morning and checked into the nearby Embassy Suites. Wish we had stayed there to begin with, but we wanted to give this "boutique hotel" a try. Our advice is to pass on the EO Inn. Such a great location by the lake, but this place needs a lot of work! read more

Had a great stay here about a month ago. This is within a few seconds walking distance from Lake Eola Park in downtown Orlando. Depending on which room you're staying at, you can see the park from there. Attached to the building yet technically separate is a Panera bread at ground level on the opposite end. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with any information that you need. The rooms are cozy and kept up nicely. This inn has minimal amenities which include a second level deck with seating and a Jacuzzi. On the interior of the same level are plenty of comfy couch seating for hanging out. coffee and water is offered as a complementary service on the lobby level. Considering the location, I think that's enough amenities since the main goal is to stay there, venture out, and explore the town. I wouldn't mind staying there again. read more

I made reservations over a month ago at this location for the weekend of May 14 - 16 to celebrate my wedding anniversary. My check in date is 05/14. Today 05/13 at 3:47PM someone from the hotel called me to tell me a pipe had burst! And the room I reserved took the bulk of the damage on the second floor. So she was calling me to cancel my reservation. She says I haven't been charged, so it isn't a big deal. I was unaware that it wasn't a big deal. I thought I made the reservation to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband, but I guess she knows better than me. She didn't make any real apologies and wished me luck in finding something different. How will I find different accommodations less than 24 hours from my check in time? I understand circumstances beyond a person's control, but I am positive there was a better way to handle this situation. I will never make reservations here again and will tell everyone I know not to stay here either. Update *** I woke up this morning to find the EO Inn had charged my card for the reservation they canceled. When I called to find out why I was told the manager personally voided my reservation and I would need to wait one to three business days to get my money back. This was not a good experience. There were 2 used condoms and about 8 used gloves scattered across the parking lot. As we were coming through the lobby a man riding a scooter - in the lobby- zipped around us to get to the elevator first. He then rode his scooter into the elevator and took it up. ????? My party was seated in a lounge area when we were approached by a man who was clearly under the influence of something. He attempted to make conversation with us but he was .... well. You know. Uncomfortable. He seemed pretty harmless???? I understand that they now have some "extended stay" guests - so I think what was once a boutique/spa hotel is more of a flop house. There is NO management on site at night - so you will be on your own! Good luck with that! I'm sure you can find something better. read more

It offers late checkout, which is perfect bc my husband wanted to stay a little longer since he stayed up late the night before. $25 and you can check out late at 3 pm instead of 11am. It was written on the reservation they sent through email and on their website. I paid $25 and at noon, the cleaning lady tried to kick my husband out. He told her he paid the late free. She left him alone. At 2 pm, a front desk lady called him if he doesnt check out now, they will charge him full price. He said the late check out was at 3pm. She lied to him and said the late check out before 2pm is $40 and after that full price. My husband doesnt have the confirmation since it was through my email and I was at work. He told her to look up the order, she said it was done online, she cant look it up. Doesnt make any sense. My husband didnt want to deal with this so he left. 2 stars bc we like the hotel itself. Pros The hotel is good for the price, especially in Orlando. It has a pretty nice and calming scent. What sold me over was the free coffee, tea and water. Most hotels charged ridiculous amount for it or dont have anything at all. I need my tea everyday and they have both black and green. My husband is more a coffee person, they have both decaf and regular coffee. The jacuzzi is on he 2nd floor, nobody uses it really. My husband and I really enjoyed it. Cons beside forthmentioned AC is working nicely but super loud though. The door is thin, you can hear TV noise as you walk in the hallway but the walls are thick enough. No sound when we are inside the room. No curtain, just blind. The light can get in a little bit so it was quite hard to take an afternoon nap. The room is small, which didnt bother me, just a head up. Nice compact, the desk is actually part of the cabinet/closet/TV stand. You just pull it down, my husband though it is cool. May update this later (and I have at this point) but so far my experience has been very sad. It's not well communicated that you can't even get inside the hotel after business hours. I usually fly early morning and drop of bags at the hotel and eat breakfast/work. Instead, I sat on the curb outside for 3 hours after the Inn Keeper condescendingly told me they were full and i needed to book a room the night before....uh, I didn't ask for a room. Just was wondering if I could sit in the lobby....no? Ok fine. Seems like a safety issue to me. Especially for a young woman. Finally a guest let me in at 8....when they were supposed to open but still no one was there. At this point I don't know if the rooms will salvage the experience. Shame bc the other Yelp reviews boast high service. Even more frustrating, I find out there's a Panera bread that opens early around the corner!! Why didn't the Inn guy even suggest that? I wasn't going to go wandering alone in the dark in a foreign city so the rec would've def helped get me in a warm dry place. UPDATE: The reviews about great daytime staff were totally right! The 1st agent that came in helped get me check into the first clean avail room so I could finally sleep. The afternoon agent was equally amazing. Changed stars from 2 to 4. Thank you for all the help! EVEN SO: The check in process and hours must be communicated better to guests to avoid agonizing situations. That's why I stopped at 4 stars. Great small hotel. We upgraded to the king suite with balcony. Lovely choice for our couples get away to the city. We were able to walk to some amazing restaurants and around Lake Eola. I enjoyed the sunrise from the 2nd floor deck. I enjoyed sitting and reading on the comfy couches on the 3rd floor lobby. Clean, comfy room. I liked the historic feel of the property and appreciated the parking spot so we could walk around upon our arrival. Staff was helpful and friendly. read more
