The younger staff (mainly checkout) are the usual sulky teenagers. The store is the same as any toys r us - designed to trap you as you enter mad make you go through a maze of aisles before you can get to what you want. They already have your kids' absolute attention with all the great toys - I don't get why they have to use such blatent child manipulation techniques. As always, I will check prices online before going here as they are often cheaper on other sites.

There is a large range of cards eg. birthday, sympathy etc. They also sell bears and toys like the me to you range so you can get a gift along with your card. The staff are friendly enough and are very helpful.
