He specifically pointed out to the person working the counter that the pants would have to be dry cleaned. When he picked up his cleaning, they couldn't find my pants. After two weeks of them "looking" for them, they say, "Oh, you must not have brought them in,. Check your car" "Have her check her closet." This is BS. I bought the pants in August for over $70 and have only worn them once. And now they relinquish all responsibility because they have no "record" of them and it's not their fault. They never give out claim tickets for items dropped off so how would they know. Taking my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on.

My dryer is broken and I have been coming in for the past few weeks to dry only. There is a sign…read morethat says preference is given to those who both wash and dry. I understand that...that is fair. But each and every time I have gone in to use dryers there have never been more than 2 or 3 people using the laundromat, and always plenty of dryers to go around. Yesterday there was one woman who had just started her 2 loads, when I loaded 3 dryers. The attendant came and asked me how many dryers I was going to use because customers who were both washing and drying got to pick the dryers they wanted to use. Mind you, there was just the one other customer who was just starting her wash, and me in the place. I believe there are at least 18 dryers for use. So rude! A little power went straight to her head. I will never use their facilities again...ever!

There Seams to be a Pattern Here…read more When my two nephews were each born, my sister wanted personalized keepsake cubbies for them with embroidered birth stats. We were ecstatic to find the LRE Co. after bobbin in and out of many other stores (including Etsy) for comparisons. We were captured by LRE's expansive choices of stuffed animals from moose and cows to baby turtles and sloths (who doesn't love a sloth?)--a virtual zoo! Their embroidery designs and ribbons were also impressive, and at $39.95 per cubbie, the pricing seemed reasonable. I ordered a giraffe for one nephew and a hedgehog for the other a couple years later; both were wildly adorable. I found the ordering process to be more sewphisticated than that of other sites, with proofs being sent to me for approval before order finalization, and fantastic communication throughout. The finished products far exceeded our expectations, with the stuffed animals being quite a bit larger than we expected, and the embroidery on point. Overall this company excels in all categories: customer service, ease of ordering, selection, and quality. I give it 5 rounds of epaul-aus-ettes!
