The experience on the actually wedding day was okay. My family was ready on time but the photographers were a few hours late, but worked quickly and effectively. They lack communication and prompt services for their customers takes away from the work they've done. Update: after loosing the original package, I have finally received copies of my video, no pictures yet. The quality of work is okay. Lighting in some of the video is pretty bad but all together okay quality. The whole video reminded me of a 90s wedding video. I'm sorry, but the awful customer service was not worth it.
