I paid Deanna's Timeless Photography & Event Planning LLC $600 at my wedding ( the one shown) I…read morepaid $300 for a video of ceremony ( which was suggested by her)and then $300 for photos to be taken. I have no video as Deanna claims she was having trouble "retrieving the data". She sent me a video of after the ceremony a recording of her taking photos of my family and myself and husband instead. Those pictures are all missing in the photos she's sent me also. I have zero photos of my family and my husband and I from our wedding besides when we are at the altar with the pastor during the ceremony. She could not "retrieve" those either. She now will not reply to my messages to try to make right of the situation. This is NOT a way to run a business. Do not use this person for your important events. I don't have one single photo of my family or of my husband and I together besides during the ceremony. She took them but then lost the pictures...along with the video. Please Take my 4 ok photos you took off of your page. You have time to make this reel but you can't respond to my text messages? I am disgusted. You sent me $200 back for something I paid $300 and got nothing. She told me "I think that's fair". Plus $300 for half of the pictures that were taken in which I should get money back as well. You would think as the business owner she would do what needs to be done to make right.

I told him ahead of time I didn't want him near the bridesmaids or me while we were getting ready. I wanted that time to be private. He showed up anyways filming, I asked him several times to leave and it took him awhile to leave. None of that footage was used on the wedding video which feels really creepy. In addition, during the ceremony he set up a mic near the water fountain and no where near the paint. So the ceremony sounded like someone was peeing the whole time. The video editing team did change the sound but it will wasn't the greatest of the pianist. I do like the videos and photos in the end but the price was really high for what we got.
