Helping her with arranging a plant delivery for her family I simply did a Google search in the area and happened across this place. I called and Martha answered. After explaining the situation and my location and what I was looking for, she kindly offered to text me options since I was not local and could not stop into the store myself. With 2 minutes I had 9 options on my phone. I called her back and ordered the peace lily plant (pictured) which is absolutely gorgeous! She took all info over the phone and arranged for delivery within a few hours. Texted me a picture of the receipt. Martha is the definition of great customer service. Thank you Martha! I paid for "Beautiful in Blue" on the Teleflora website who used Alberthia's Flowers and when I saw what was delivered I was shocked beyond words. I selected that arrangements to give the receiver her favorite color "Blue" and she was delivered an awful arrangement in a red vase with 3 red roses and no blue flowers, that is not worthy of the word arrangement. When I contacted Teleflora they had Alberthia's go back an added more of the ugly flowers and it still was not Beautiful in Blue. Never again!

I tried to answer my Ring camera but the data service where we were was horrendous. So while I discreetly cussed at my phone, my girls never even divulged to me that the Mother's Day bouquet was from THEM through their uncle, my youngest brother! Lol. Those thoughtful but sneaky little stinkers! The delivery guy left a tag on my door. So I called Maria's & spoke to a very friendly employee. She said they would be open until 8 tonight! Wow. Curious about the store, I walked around a little bit before going to the counter to pick up my delivery. I didn't take pictures inside the shop per their "no photos please" posters. They provide more than just flowers and corsages; They also sell jewelry, candy, stuffed animals, perfume and.... Evening gowns and heels! The service in the shop was very cordial and prompt. So glad I had an excuse to visit this family-owned small business. I'm a new fan!
