Once they heard the electric company would only fix a certain portion they returned to my home and fixed the entire wiring on the outside of my home (even though they planned to come the next day) while the electric company was here as well. Nice unit, workers were fine, but did have a couple hiccups as they programmed the thermostat and the unit differently, so my unit went off twice, right when it hit the freezing mark. The tech that came out the second time was great. Now to go onto the bad part, I financed this, the salesman said I would get 0% for a year and 12.99 after. Bad on my part, didn't really read what I signed. The finance company, Goodleap had me at 12.99 day 1. It took 7 calls to Maitz to get them to rectify it, and yet they didn't. They sent me a new contract that had 0%, but something was never done to get the finance company to cancel the first and switch to the 2nd. I was so done with the lack of getting this fixed, I just switched to a 0% credit card, bummer part, I had to pay a 5% fee to transfer. So I'm not sure what to do going forward with maintenance, but it's a super big lesson on questioning to be sure what I am being told is what I'm getting.

They said it's because they didn't want to inconvenience their client. What is that?! After I left for work, they parked there again and trespassed through my yard several times, loading and unloading things. They trampled all over my newly planted grass seed. I'm calling Monday to see who's paying for the damage and I'm calling the cops next time for trespassing. This is beyond unacceptable and so unprofessional. I'll definitely never use them or recommend them to anyone.
