Last week a problem arose and I contacted Mr. Evan Davis of County Electrical & Mechanical to help get it straightened out. WOW, what a professional at work. He was a God send and extremely knowledgeable. He really broke a sweat going up and down the cellar steps to isolate the problem and find the answer to what was going on. He was here on a Saturday, the 22nd of August 2026, and spent 3 and a half hours. Did it cost me and arm and a leg? No, it was a great price, and I breathed a sigh of relief. The job was done so well that we gave him a 37% TIP of $100.00 dollars that he so well deserved. If me and my family ever have any problem or just want him to come by and look over our electrical system, we will always choose his company.

He took pictures, many notes, and basically impressed us with his thorough approach to our needs. He emailed us that same night with a better unit and estimate than the one I was initially interested in. The price for the work was very fair. It took a little longer to install than planned because the first unit came to them damaged, but I really wanted this unit, so I opted to wait for exact model I wanted, was the trucking company's fault, not the contractors. Then after the install, there was a minor issue that needed fixed, I called the next day and they were back at my house within an hour of my call to fix it. Now that is great customer service. I expect I will be using them again, and would definitely recommend them. Very professional, and they have shown us the care...

I scheduled mine and the guy told me I needed a new central AC system. Quoted me $13k. Wow. My AC compressor randomly stopped working after he left and the company said I didn't have enough r22 to power it. Sounded shady bc it was running when he was here. A month later, I decide to have a different HVAC company come take a look. They said my wires were disconnected outside and the ground wire was disconnected and it reset the breaker. The tech was obviously trying to get a commission off a new ac from me. I had to buy window units during that time just to get by in this heat. Wasted money that I don't have! The guy told us he could either charge us $450 because it was neglected maintenance, or if we signed up for a one year contract, we could get our furnace cleaned as well, and pay $200 less in total. Second time they came out for the furnace cleaning and actually showed us a few things that we could do to have a better running furnace/hvac system. Third time was today. I saw water under my furnace. Tech was in the house... ID'd the problem, and had the issue fixed within an hour. I dont have much to compare them to price wise, but the service has been great so far.

I am in a technical field of work and I have a very high attention to detail, so it was hard finding someone I could trust to inspect the house for my first home purchase. I am so thankful that Ryan had the patience to answer every question I had during our very thorough home inspection walkthrough. He surprised me with things he pointed out that I wouldn't have thought to look at. We spent over four hours looking over the house, septic, roof and everything else. He remained committed to assisting me after the inspection by answering every call or text I sent him with more questions prior to closing. On top of everything, his service prices were very reasonable as he went far above and beyond for me. Ryan is prompt, professional, and honestly a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone purchasing a home. THANKS RYAN!
