We have lived here for over 4 years and have never had any issues. They are very responsive when you need maintenance or have any issues.

Toured the property twice with Madeline and was very impressed. The accommodations needed were…read moreunavailable, so we chose another property as time was limited. Madeline was very knowledgeable and forthcoming, even following up with us. As our new lease elsewhere is 12mos, I would definitely consider Revere at Hidden Creek should our situation change.

Was great when we first moved in back in 2024, but as of late the place has really been letting me…read moredown. I don't know if it's because they changed apartment management or what. Put in a maintenance request because the washer stopped spinning, and didn't hear anything for two days until I called the office. I was told one of their maintenance technicians quit and they were behind and only responding to emergencies. Spotted the maintenance techs repainting fire hydrants, so I guess that counts as an emergency over a washing machine that isn't running, but what do I know. Two days later, I still heard nothing, inquired again and was told the same thing. Eventually, I got so fed up that I figured out the belt slipped and was able to put it back in place. THREE WEEKS after the initial maintenance request had been opened, and maybe two weeks after I canceled the request, maintenance showed up while I was at work to replace the belt and left the laundry room a mess--they had moved the washer and dryer and didn't put them back so I had to do it myself. I was pretty upset that the office just left me hanging instead of reaching out like "hey, sorry, we saw your request but we can't respond to it soon". I think I would have been less irritated. On top of that, one of the residents spends hours revving his engine, sometimes at 1 or 2 in the morning, and I work late nights and it wakes me up when I've just gotten to sleep. When I complained about the noise I was told there was nothing the office could do since the noise was out in the parking lot and not in the actual building. There's a group of middle schoolers who gathers around my building, making a ton of noise late at night and in the early hours of the morning, goofing off, and since I live on the ground floor sometimes they'll be right outside my window and I've even caught them digging through the mulch in front of my window. Again, when I put in a complaint, no response. I understand sometimes that there's little that the office can do about obnoxious neighbors, but it irritates me because they're so quick to add a fee onto your account if you put the trash out 30 minutes before 5PM, or they'll just stick a paper in your door about the noise rules, but god forbid they communicate to you if they can't respond to a maintenance request right away. And half the residents ignore the signs telling you to clean up after your dogs, because the grass in front of my building is absolutely littered with dog poop. For the amount of money I pay for an apartment, I've begun to get pretty disappointed. Again, it was awesome when I moved in, but now it doesn't quite feel like home anymore.

5 year update: We…read morecould not get out of our lease fast enough. This place has went downhill and quick the last 2 years. Never late on rent. Never was primary perpetrator for issues within the complex. However, middle class families beware. Our 9 year old was spit on, and verbally threatened by an adult resident and her child. When my husband went to see what happened to reflect on a full blown adult spitting at and threatening our child, he was met with a chest bump, and being jumped by the mom, her child, and another presumable adult. Police contact was made, but typical no arrest despite the video evidence of being punched twice in the face, and a slap in the back by the child. This place has gotten out of control and my family fears for our safety. We asked about breaking our lease without penalty as it's over in August, and we were met with nothing short of poor service, victim blaming, and was told "safety isn't guaranteed". 2 months prior to lease end, after calling this home for 5 years. The maintenance team is top tier and awesome group of guys that work hard here. Parking is horrendous, many people who do not have handicap tags will park in handicap. I've submitted several emails but the same cars, and the same issue remains. If you are handicap you could have an issue with parking here. By 6 pm you are likely parking around the building or in back parking. "We do not offer security services". The trash gets broken and it's typically in the summer so the smell of the garbage isn't pleasant to surrounding buildings or while walking premises. Our family was assaulted on property and we are fearful to even walk among our property and utilize the pool or gym at this point, but "safety isn't guaranteed" and despite being loyal, and compliant residents, we were met with unprofessionalism by the senior manager. Even though a neighbor recorded the incident, and we attached the full video to show the attack AND POLICE REPORT, but we are unable to leave and separate from the attackers without a penalty for early termination of our lease. Not to mention, unprofessionalism has occurred in the past and we were given an apology (same issue with threats by different residents and I had to type up a legitimate paper with time stamps to show we were not the primary instigator, having to record the second I left my home to the moment my car left property and vise versa). Be mindful of the situations and locations you choose for your family. This property is not what it used to be. Several residents have dogs, and they don't take care of their waste in the yard. You will constantly have to watch where you step in grass areas or when utilizing the grilling areas. I would ask to see the community message board before committing to anything here.... (Actual complaints from residents not in reviews here).
