I have been using this vape shop for 7 years. The staff has always been friendly and we have developed friendships over all the years I have been going. I have never been steered wrong when looking to change my equipment and I have never had an issue when a product was defective from the factory, they have replaced them without problems. I have gone to the other bigger shops and they are so impersonal. I love having a small hometown shop that knows my juice flavor and strength when I walk in the door. They even remember which cartomizers I use for my tank. I recommend them to all my friends because of their honest attitudes. They have never tried to sell me the most expensive models as they know I want the mid range set ups. Pretty OK with an OK selection. There are plenty of larger, cleaner looking shops around, though. Curiously there are 19 negative reviews that Yelp does not recommend? Odd... Anyway, we've moved on to the Vapor Bunker in Robbinsdale because it's much closer to home. read more

Don't get too used to the e cig liquid...they'll change it up after awhile. We've chosen our favorites only to go in, purchase it again, and the color and taste is different. They DONT refund you or replace a product you're unhappy about! We were loyal customers. Probably spent over $2k at this store. We purchased another new Ecig that had issues with tanks. When we went in to talk to them, they said the owner doesn't allow refunds or exchanges. This is the reason we've decided to give ALL of our business to E-Cig warehouse, down hwy 10. read more

BIG SCAMMERS!!!! I did some survey on internet and ordered this E-cig kit to try for a 4.95 shipping. The E-cig never showed up then after a month I was charged the full price. I called them and they said the two week trial was over and I was charged full price. She looked it up on computer and found the product was not even to be delivered for another week. Then they said they won't refund my money until they get the product back. Despicable advertising and they are very confrontational. I had to call back 4 times and spent 3 hours total on the phone before I decided to dispute transaction with my back. I will be reporting them to every agency I can find, BBB Consumer Affairs. This company has many complaints for this same issue. I don't see how they are still in business Anybody can sell a product, These people have very shady advertising practices.. read more

I've been coming to this shop for at least 5 years and have never had customer service issues. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. You may have to wait your turn if they are busy, but so far my encounters here have been fairly quick. They make their own juice locally which I like a lot and they are willing to mix whatever flavors and nicotine levels you want. They have a fair selection of products and sometimes they do run out but they restock within a few days. This is not a huge store but its decent and clean and their employees are nice and helpful. read more

Have been rolling our own traditional cigarettes for about 2 months. I have been frustrated and thinking about trying a e-cig for a short time. My 4 year old grand daughter made a comment one day that I needed to get a "Smoker" She said Dad and Mom and Auntie all had one, but that I was the only one that did not have one!! I had no idea what she was talking about until I asked my daughter what she was talking about. She explained that she had purchaced an e cig and that must be what she was talking about. Any thing this little angle says pulls on my heart strings so I did a bit of research and thought I may try it some day.... I was on my way out of town and had packed all of my supplies to "roll my own" up north. I realized I had forgotten the tubes at home!! Searched for a shop to pick some up and ended up in Anoka at the E-Cig shop (still not sure how it ended up that way)! The environment was amazing Coffee available and such an age range of people were there! I was helped the moment I walked in (The place was crazy busy)! The young man that helped me was very on top of things and it was so easy to make the decision. I LOVE my E-Cig and am on my way to being DONE with "rolling my own"!! They lack, in my opinion, the best e cig supplies available (no Kanger products or 100% VG juice!!). They are really big on pushing dual coil tanks, which really diminish the flavor (at least by 50%) and waste a lot of juice just to prime. BUT, the staff does at least know their stuff about the products they do carry. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (at least with the items they do carry). This is the only ecig shop in the twin cities area that you should even consider shopping in. Their prices don't compare to online, but they aren't horrible either. IF you want to switch to ecigs, do a little research online first. Its intimidating at first but once you learn some of the terminology, its not rocket science. read more

Great selection of fluids and very helpful people. I would not waste the money on the ecigs though. I spent over $200.00 on a complete start up kit and when it broke less than a year later I was out of luck. I've shopped around...finding the best E-Cig deals and accessories and flavors, In the Twin cities area. The only thing positive about The Ecig shop in Anoka is the variety of flavors they offer. However just because they have the most isn't always better.. Pina Colada doesn't nearly taste anywhere near as good as the Pina Colada at ECig Crib. Strawberry didn't taste like strawberry and Chocolate diffinatley did not taste like Chocolate...just my opinion. All of the sizes of Bottles of juice are at least $2.00 higher than anywhere else. e-Cig supply at the Holly Center, in Fridley have great tasting flavors and ALSO are the lowest prices I have found...$3.99 for tanks Vs.$5.99. E-Cig shop are $7.95.. for the exact same tank. Batteries at E-cig shop are $2 to $10.00 higher than anywhere else I have found.. E-cig Shop may have been the 1st shop to open in Minnesota,,,however they jacked the prices up on everything...Iwill not go back to E-cig shop nor will I recommend... e-Cig supply in Fridley and E-Cig Crib in CoonRapids are both 4 STARS in my book. Customer service was just ok...she seemed to know a little bit about the E-Cig Industry. E-Cig Crib are hands down the folks you need to talk to about anything you need to know or don't know what to even ask about. I have only been there once, but poor customer service. Unsanitary taste-testing of the E-Cig juice. Bad quality hardware that failed, and juice that turns black and sludgey. Plastic juice bottles, not glass, and they don't have eye droppers built-in. I talked to a young lady and told her that I am thinking of switching stores I buy E-Cigs from because I am not too satisfied with the one I go to near my house. I asked her what flavors do you have that taste like tobacco? She just pointed to a sign on the wall that had a list. I was expecting a little more salesmanship than this. She offered a couple of flavors to try, no description or anything just gave them to me. The way you test the flavors is gross! They give you a tank with a drip-tip that has been used by presumable hundreds of people and just wipe it off with a disinfectant wipe. The tanks are all just sitting in a tackle box, and they grab it and give it to you. Kind of weird if you ask me, other stores give you your own drip-tip that has been sterilized and you can use it on any of the flavors. The service I got from this person was absolutely terrible. I would ask her questions, and she would roll her eyes, sigh heavily, just stare off in the distance... like I was an idiot wasting her time. I asked to get a replacement for the tank I have. Pulled it out of my pocket with the battery attached, she said "here you go" and gave me one. Then I asked her to look at other tanks, she pointed me to a display case (no advice or anything). I asked her why certain tanks have different Ohms (the one I was buying had two identical models with different Ohms). She told me "I don't know they are just different." I then said a friend told me that one type of Ohms could burn out the battery fast. She said "ya the one you got is the bad one, I wouldn't recommend it for that battery you have." So I say "you mean the one you just gave me a replacement for? That is the one you would not suggest?" "Yes." "OK well give me the right one then..." Kind of rediculous. I was looking to spend $100-$150 to get a good setup and some flavors, but she seemed totally reluctant to give me any advice or try to upsell me. So instead I just got a replacement battery identical to the one I currently have, except it was an inch longer. This battery was/is low quality, it was the same brand name, but the inside threads stripped within just a couple of months. It made the thing useless unless I switched tanks and used the outside threads. Of the two ecig juices I bought from them, one was fine. The other one turned black and got really viscous within just a couple of days of use. Making it taste bad and it was hard to draw. There store feels like the DMV. You take a number and stand in line, then they yell out your number and you come to the counter. I contantly felt rushed, and not welcome in the store. Pricing is pretty good. To get there I took a road trip... It was over a hour to get to the shop. I have never been there before but I have been to other electronic cigarette stores. This one was a little different. Since I drove an hour I wanted to find a couple flavors of nicotine the liquid that I really, really liked so I could bring them home with me. The man that helped me was the most rude man I have ever met in my life. He got angry when I decided I wanted to try more than five flavors. After that I stopped trying flavors. Right before check out, when I asked him to grab me a different color of something he got extremely angry. Took his hand and he slammed it down on the glass counter which shocked me. At that point I was so scared that I wanted to get out of there. I have never seen someone hate his job so much. I'm a teeny tiny girl and he was this tall bald man so it scared me. It's his job to help me out, and all he did was get mad at me. When I would ask him to purchase certain pieces, he would say that I couldn't, when I really could but he was too lazy to grab them. Stay far far away and don't make the hour trip to get there. You don't want to run into this man. I'm not sure about the rest of the staff, but if they allow him to act that way, I'm pretty sure everyone else Is allowed to be equally as rude. I was planning to spend over $200 that day I only spent 80. My money would be much better spent at smokeless smoking, prices are better there anyway. Stay away, they are so short staffed that they have a numbering system it's horrible, You may end up waiting over an hour before your helped. read more

Great selection of fluid flavors and excellent service. I was able to quit smoking actual cigarettes by vaping, and eventually got off of nicotine all together. My husband still vapes and has never had an issue with customer service. Any issues that arose have been taken care of right away and with friendly service. He has tried fluids and stuff from other shops and has said they don't meet the quality of this shop. It is well worth the 30 minute drive for us! read more

Steve the owner is great and spends the time with you answering all questions and getting you set up. I ve been going there since they opened, however the other staff that work there leave much to be desired. I have sent about 15 people there because I love my e-cig and they all come back with a new e-cig and a question. Is there another e-cig store around. they treat you like s--- there. ACT THRYRE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY WAITING ON YOU, ROLL THEIR EYES AND ARE TOO BUSY LAYING ON THE COUCH TEXTING to even look up and say hi or smile. Steve please get a handle on this kind of customer service not once but EVERY time I send someone there.
