The lady in front with the pink hair is so nice and welcoming. The entire staff is as well. You can place your order online first or order inside. I explained to the gentleman helping me of the brand I really like. Right away he suggested a brand that is far superior. I tried them later and he knew exactly what he was talking about. Once you order on the kiosk (there are a few kiosks) the line to get your order is pretty fast as the staff are quick and attentive. I love the ambiance and how knowledgeable the staff is. Came in with my boyfriend for the two stamp Monday, didn't know you had to spend $30, we spent almost $200 in one order and he still wouldn't give both of us stamps, we had told him we were there for that, had we known, we would have just done two separate orders. We spend hundreds of dollars a month there so I felt that was petty and maybe racist. I won't be going there again. Also the rewards card is the only real discount. What a weirdo. ‍

She brought me over to the screen kiosk to find me a CBD gummy with just 1% THC for sleep. She was really focused on my need request to find which one she thought was best for me, not just someone there for a paycheck. The weird part is a new customer is supposed to get 20% off on their first visit which I should have got, but the product cost $22 which with the discount should have cost $18 plus tax, but even when I reminded the cashier about my 20% off, with tax it came to $29, she said the extra cost was the tax on THC. I looked on the receipt and verified they never gave me the 20% off! Reading other reviews above and on Google, I'm not even sure the potency on the label is truthful. So I'm giving 3 stars for Stephanie and the cashier being friendly and helpful. If you just want gummies and not cannabis, there is a great store on 127th & Harlem across from Pop's and next door to Running For Kicks called 'WSC Natural Healing' that sells CBD and THC Kratom both chocolates & gummies with great selection and knowledgeable sales staff Kelly and Donovan!

I went in the day before the new laws took effect and they were completely honest, knowledgeable and were 100% ready for the new changes! The staff will spend as long as it takes to make you happy and never try to over sell you stuff you don't need. They are staffed to handle busy times of the day, so no wasting time for staff to help or educate people. Their prices are very close to what you'd find online, so I don't bother ordering online. The place may be a bit hard to find if you've never been there before, but do yourself a favor and call them or google their location. You will not regret it and it will become your "go to" place for mods and E-liquids. It's super easy to sample every single flavor they offer for sale, so you'll never be disappointed. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would.

They are so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient! I love that you can try out the e-juice flavors before you buy, something that simply isn't an option if you order it online. They also have a great selection of mods, coils, juice, and everything else you'll need if you want to start (or continue) vaping. The prices are reasonable and the employees are never pushy with sales or pressure you to buy things you don't need. Lastly (and most importantly to me) I was a smoker for almost 2 decades and now I haven't had a cigarette in just over 3 years. I had tried a lot of methods to quit smoking and nothing worked until I tried vaping. In a lot of ways this place saved my life, or at least changed it drastically for the better. I'm now able to do things I haven't done in years without getting winded and out of breath. I can even run again! Thank you Vape All Day staff, you all are the best!
