She stayed in the background to allow space for my daughter and I, but was right there when we needed to ask her something. She gave great suggestions and was helpful when we asked for color options. They have a huge selection of MOB dresses! I appreciate that the price is on the tag. One place I went to, I had to ask for every price, which is ridiculous! The store is gorgeous! There was zero pressure to buy. She made note of my favorites and told us to call her once we decided. I highly recommend adding this place to your list. We're fortunate to have Camilles here because otherwise we are lacking in formal selections.

We went home today with a dress that made me cry when I looked in the mirror! No one needs to drive to New York! We have our own Kleinfeld's in Wilmington! Brides PLEASE read. This is my HORRIBLE experience with Sinderellas Rockafellas and Samantha, the…read moreowner. If you value integrity, DO NOT go here. My very first appointment was double booked. I was told their calendar had not gone live yet, so another bride was there at the same time and I waited over an hour. I still moved forward because Samantha assured me I would have the perfect dress and that if anything went wrong she would personally make it right. I bought my dress 9 months in advance, paid in full and attended every fitting. The first dress I received was incorrect and not what I asked for. I was not told about the factory mistake. I was then pushed to order a second gown, which arrived late and was still too large. I was promised a sketch of the original design that never came. I was told alterations and the veil were included, yet the veil I received did not match the gown. And I never received a veil for the first gown. The alterations I did receive were visibly substandard. There were holes in the fabric and pink stitching on white lace. Another seamstress who did my emergency alterations described the prior work as something a child could have done better. By July 4, just days before my wedding, the gown was still unfinished. Samantha cited a broken AC, and I had to send my mother to pick up the dress while I scrambled to arrange last minute alterations. Through all of this, Samantha continued taking on new clients and told me she had to "move on." I spent my 30th birthday trying to fix problems created by this shop instead of enjoying the days before my wedding. Thankfully, "Veronika's Secrets" fixed my dress before our special day. Veronika was wonderful. This was supposed to be a joyful time. It became a crisis. I cannot recommend this boutique to any bride. If you value honesty, quality, timelines, and basic professionalism, go anywhere else.

We've been sitting here for 45 minutes as people come in early for their fittings and are prioritized over the other patrons (again, 20 minutes early for their appointment). Nobody acknowledged the 5 of us in line until my boyfriend walked up to one of the reps to ask for help. There was no acknowledgement of the wait or lack of support. It was truly like I was in the Twilight Zone and they didn't want to make the sell. Will never go back, my boyfriend can go sockless next time and we'd both be happier than we are right now. Better be the best pair of socks he's ever put on his feet after the torment we just experienced.

I'll keep this review to the point. There are three reasons for my 1 star review:…read more 1) I went to pick up my order on the promised pickup date. They handed me my article of clothing which had not been touched since I had dropped it off! I pointed this out to them. They did apologize and immediately worked on it on the spot but it was annoying that they hadn't done anything in the few days since I dropped it off. 2) I don't think the alteration was particularly good quality for the price. They had measured me when I dropped it off. I wouldn't say the result was bad but it wasn't perfect either. However, I was already annoyed by point #1 above that I didn't bother to say anything and try to get it adjusted. 3) I had a feeling a business like this might charge a different price for cash versus credit card. However, at this point in the experience, I didn't bother asking because I just wanted to get out of there. I used credit card and they ended up charging me 60 cents more. They didn't let me know before swiping my card and I didn't see a sign posted anywhere informing customers of this. They should give a courtesy FYI before a customer uses credit card. For a better alterations experience, I'd suggest spending a couple extra bucks to get alterations done at a more professional business such as through a department store, suit shop, or formal wear / menswear store.
