What really stood out was how courteous and welcoming they were. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, and the older gentleman who I believe is the owner was incredibly nice. He took the time to talk with my son about the cards and pricing, which made the experience even more enjoyable for him. He even threw in some card sleeves for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We'll definitely be back--not just because the prices are competitive and you feel like you're getting a great deal, but because they're professional, friendly, and clearly care about their customers. We love supporting small businesses, and this is definitely one we're happy to support. Highly recommend checking them out if you're into Pokémon or sports cards!

When they never arrived, I followed up and requested an update. Instead of a professional customer service response, I was told that my email was a "threat" and that I should "not order from us again." The company refunded the purchase and dismissed my concerns rather than addressing the underlying issue. The amount of the order was only $10.99, but that's not the point. Good customer service isn't measured by the dollar amount of the transaction. Every customer deserves respectful communication and products that meet reasonable quality expectations. The combination of poor product quality, failure to deliver the promised replacement parts, and an unnecessarily hostile response left me very disappointed.
