Had good attention to detail so I thought based on the zip tie spacing on the wiring. Fast forward two months. night ride in glamis was going good until it wasn't and I lost my lighting... Come home and start to look at the wiring. Pull the fuse and relay. both were melted and that fuse blowing saved my 60 grand X3 from being the next car to burn down in glamis! Come to find out they used a wiring harness designed for the squadron sports!!! Very Very Frustrating and Dangerous! What a Fu**ing Joke! From what I been told his he has a reputation to do this! The pricing was very high, especially on singles. I'm talking near $100 higher than what I paid online just last week for last years product for a hobby box. They selection wasn't there either. They seemed to have a bunch of flagship though if you like lower end stuff. I used to love the selection most about this place. I was going to ask if they had anything in the back because you used to be able to get just about anything there and if it wasn't in stock they would order it for you but no one even bothered to welcome or pay attention to me. I attempted to approach them but it seemed like they were trying to go out of their way to not make eye contact with me. I'm hoping they weren't being rude on purpose for some unknown reason... but when I decided to leave because I could not get any assistance I said you guys have a nice day. They looked up at me briefly and said nothing and went back to doing what they were doing. No you too or nothing. I bought my setup at Flagpole Buddy's office in El Cajon and their customer service was great. Installation of the mounting brackets is very easy and I can put up or take down the pole in about 3 minutes. I had a small issue with a part and after contacting FPB they sent a replacement part to me in Vegas right away. My pole is the 16' model and it handles two flags nicely. I also recommend the solar light disc for properly displaying Old Glory. It is beautiful.
