From the way he spoke to me to his overall attitude, I felt like I was being treated as if I was bothering him just by being there. I came in expecting a normal, professional interaction, but instead I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. There was no basic courtesy or professionalism in the way I was treated. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect.
