I've now got uneven layers, choppy sections that don't fit and highlighted blonde to stand out and show how uneven they are, uneven sides underneath that make one side appear too thick and one too thin, and she colored DARK brown at my neck which I specifically didn't ask for, and it highlights the uneven haircut even more. It's a nightmare to try to fix and definitely wasn't worth the nearly $300 I paid for what equated to a poorly executed Great Clips haircut. How she saw this haircut and thought she did a decent job is beyond me. I even complained about it at the end and she said to live with it for a few days then let her know if I wasn't happy, but I'm not going back to pay MORE for her to fix this atrocious mess she made.

I was allowed to come hover in the stall which was nice because she (my MIL) also refuses sometimes to wear her hearing aids and I need to "translate". The shop banter was friendly which pleased my MIL. Victoria was very patient, funny and willing to comply with my MILs' requests to keep "making it shorter" and used "the customer is always right even when there choices seem wrong" approach. We left extremely please with the experience in general and with Victoria specifically. We will be going back and would recommend to others.

I live in Gray and we have a lot of salons that are pricey. I was under the impression Great Clips was a salon where children could get decent priced haircuts. Afterwards, the stylist told me "it costs $30 every time we just pick up the curling iron". I could have gone to any of the salons in Gray and gotten a much better haircut for a cheaper price. Her hair was not cut even and my daughter had to cut it to make it even. To make matters worse my 9 yo granddaughter's hair was so butchered my daughter had to take her to another salon to have it fixed which resulted in a shorter haircut than she wanted and, of course, she had to pay to have it fixed. I was not aware until after the fact that my daughter took them to another Great Clips location last year whereby their hair was butchered and had to be fixed. It appears Great Clips hires people off the streets with no experience and puts them behind a chair to let them overcharge and butcher beautiful hair! Think twice before you visit a Great Clips and expect not to be ripped off and expect a good haircut.

Awful!!! Very unprofessional staff with no customer service skills. I had a gift certificate for a…read moremassage and facial. When I tried to book they said the massage therapist was out. She kept trying to convince me to break my services up on different days. I told her I wanted to experience a mini spa day. She said they would call me when she returned to see if the dates I wanted were available. Never heard from her again. I finally followed back up 2 weeks later and she booked me on the Friday I requested only to call me back within minutes trying to move my appointment 2 hours earlier to 8AM!! Who wants to rush the kids to school and then rush over to make sure they are on time for their "relaxing" massage. I was about in tears at that point because of all the back and forth and feeling like I was inconveniencing them for a service they offer. Again, she tried to convince me to break up my services for two different days. One on Friday morning and then come right back the next day and have the other one Saturday morning. I asked who the owner was and she, the "manager", refused to let me know. She kept cutting me off and asking for my return number. I did have time to ask why no one ever called me back in those 2 weeks. Her reply was that they sometimes get really busy and things just get overlooked. I guess they do not need new clients that bad then. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
