Thank you for making sure that i NEVER EVER EVER EVER go back to your pharmacy EVER again (in fact I wish I could make the EVERS even bigger and bolder just to make my point clear!!)
Thank you for making sure I was treated like crap! Firstly you didn't label your prices properly and overcharged me $20 at the cashier THEN - when I pointed it out you made me feel like an idiot as if I should know that the small wax should cost $10 not the $6.75 as advertised on your shelf.... THEN you made me have to wait for another ten minutes as you rudely tried to rectify the problem with no apology - as if you were doing me a MASSIVE favour by sorting out the mistake.... THEN.... when you put in the advertised price and it scanned through and I paid - i noticed I was overcharged by ANOTHER SEVEN DOLLARS! Thats THREE major mess-ups and not ONE apology.
It was such a horrible experience I will be sure to tell all my YELP friends, my Facebook friends (1557 people), my Twitter followers (3000) and my Facebook Group (10,000 plus people) how AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL my experience was.
