Jessica is pleasant, took the particulars and had a technician in the area and asked if homeowner available between 10am-12pm. I stated "yes!" and hopefully closer to 10am as I had an important conference meeting to attend. Then, I received notification of the Technician who would be in touch. Another text when technician was on the way. Our Technician, Saul, arrived before 10am! After introductions, entered the house to inside the garage. I asked Saul if we should change the whole garage door system versus parts necessary NOW and a potential problem or issue shortly after today.
