Then I found a heavy stainless steel over the door kitchen towel holder for only $2.50. Looks brand new. After a couple more odds n ends, which included a cool name brand top, the cashier said "that'll be 27 cents!" Whaaat!? I forgot I had $10 credit earned from the 3 times before. I was smiling the rest of that day!! Go check it out.

You can get lucky and find some really great furniture too. I love that they have started giving donors a $5 off coupon when bringing in donations. I also love that they will come to your house to pick up any furniture that you want to donate but can't bring in yourself. They also have sales daily and post a calendar so you know what is on sale when. Clothes sales days can get very hectic! That being said I don't like donating too much here, as I feel they price items awfully high for people on limited incomes. It seems like they cater more to people with money who are just looking for a good deal. I prefer to take clothes to places that give it away to low income people. I know they take the money they make and help a lot of people in the community, so that's great, but I just wish some of the prices in store were a little more affordable. I frequently see housewares priced higher or the same as new items at retail stores.

Manager said it was inflation. I can buy those jeans for 22 band new at Walmart. Costco brand jeans, Kirkland at 17 here. They are 12.99 brand new at Costco. T-shirts 8 bucks, button up shirts. Her response was if you don't like our prices you don't have to shop here. She said what do I expect, inflation is up gas has gone up minimum wage has gone up. So how does a 6% inflation call for 100% price increase and a rude attitude. Helping the veterans? Helping their profits! Happy veterans' day, thanks for your service, hers your bill. Let me finish by saying the ladies at the counter were very nice and courteous, the manager was just flat condescending and in caring.

It made it easier to look through everything. It did have a lot of items in every category. I thought some of their pricing was a bit high. Service was good. I only interacted with the cashier.
