When I met the owner about my dogs needs and needing to get to know who is taking care of him, the impression I was left with was that would not be an issue. I scheduled walks so my dog could meet the caretaker. That was going well so when I booked my long trip, I was surprised to see 3 different people were assigned to care for him. I made my expectations clear and it seemed doable until actually game time. Also, didn't feel like bothering to see if things could be arranged for 1 caretaker since I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I am cancelling my scheduled requestes. The one caretaker was good.

I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.

Well today I brought my dog in, the same man that I think is their only groomer was there. I could hear my dog yelping, which she's a drama queen sometimes so I thought nothing of. But I kept hearing him scold her, "STOP IT" I was worried but thought there's never been an issue before so waited until he brought her out. Well when she finally came out he told me her quicks were too long and he could barely cut her nails, which has never been an issue the two times before when he's cut her nails. So I said okay and left. Upon getting in my car I saw blood ALL over my dogs leash. NEVER DID HE SAY HE HIT A QUICK just that they were too long, which NO. Groomer previous has ever had an issue with, she gets her nails cut once a month but upon moving to Wisconsin this is the place I UNFORTUNATELY found. well, upon reviewing her paws I realized she was bleeding all over my car seats & car, & that he didn't hit one quick He hit three of them without mentioning anything. My dog is actually traumatized. DO NOT GO HERE. I have a vet appointment Tomorrow since my dog is still limping on one of the paws that had two quicks that took an hour to stop bleeding.
