I drive and hour and a bit for the super tasty vindaloo this place offers. I have gotten many different types of dishes over the years but by far vindaloo is my favourite! The owner/chef knows me and my mates and I think he makes it super spicy just to see us sweat! But I love it still! Every time! It has a beautiful flavoursome base with an abundance of Indian spices that make your taste buds go into over drive, then you get punched in the face by the chilli! Naan rice and mango yogurt drink is what you need to enjoy the meal to the max! The last time I went there were some young kids serving who were super nice but just didn't really know what was on the menu but overall this place is an awesome joint to enjoy a good Indian feast.

The mains were nice and punchy and had excellent flavour. The lamb madras is spicy and tangy albeit not a very authentic texture. The palak paneer here is great and some of the other dishes I have tried are also great. Prices are more on the expensive side here but the quality is great so I don't mind. Finally, the rice. I ordered 3 portions of rice and we received what looked like enough for one. Do I assume that 3-4 mouthfuls of rice is one portion?
