I called because they were in the neighborhood and my twins needed a new dentist. They set their appointments a month out. I gave them all the insurance info they needed. I took off work (I work two jobs) my son took off work also. I received reminders via text and a couple voicemails letting me know they now had a spot for me too if I wanted to set an appointment at the same time as my kid's existing appointments. Not once did they say if you don't confirm with us within 24hr you lose your appointments. Not once! I'm beyond busy! I work two jobs, my kids are both busy nonstop athletic teens that are still too young to drive and my sick dad lives with me and I care for him! I simply thought these were reminders because nothing indicated they weren't. Get to the day of and not even 4hrs before their appointments I get a call they are canceled due to me not confirming! But if I want, one child can still come! I got a voicemail less than 24hrs ago trying to get me to take an available appointment at the same time as theirs. I explained I was not told and we took off and no budging to right this situation. So no I'm not taking one appointment when I needed two I'd been planning on for a month in advance!
