Other than the occasional door slam, we haven't really heard anything of our neighbors. This winter has been pretty extreme, but last winter we only had to turn on our heat a couple times--the heat from the lower level apartment kept our apartment warm. The apartments are located in a nice area; close enough to everything, but quiet, with the exception of things like the Fourth of July when the whole town converges on Riverside Park. Management has been very friendly and helpful. Overall, we have loved living at RiverEast, and are sad that we are going to be moving out soon.

If there is a problem hes there to fix it. no slum lords here!! when it snows the manager is out there shoveling right away and the place is just well kept. people always bash on city view being bad, but after Dan became manager he was on top of everything.
