Shawna & Lynn are the most friendly and sweet-natured assistants ever. I sincerely enjoyed all of my visits, which there were quite a few to repair all of my issues. I leave all appointments smiling, from all of the laughing that I do well there. Kaitlyn and Ashley are the office assistants, and they are sweet, too. We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited! IT DID NOT GO IN HIS ACCOUNT! -It was DEPOSITED into an employee's Account. As for my mother, she was told all of her fillings were too old, and needed to be redrilled and replaced. Well i was highly suspicious of this being that my brother had never have a cavity and i had never heard of anyone having all of their cavities redrilled. I urged them to go seek out a second opinion. Well They went to a different dentist for a second opinion, who using the same x-rays and an exam determined that my brother had zero cavities and would not need his wisdom teeth removed. As for my mother, they said maybe there was one cavity that needed re-drilled but other than that she was also given a clean bill of health. I'm not sure whether this is poor dentistry or a money scheme but I would avoid this dentist office.
