I called this company and asked if they took my insurance, they assured me they did. So I went ahead and booked myself and my son in for appointments. I asked them to check again on coverage and they told me they had spoken with my insurance and assured me X-rays where covered etc. on receiving my bill I was charged for things they told me I was covered for and told me they don't know the coverage until they send it in to insurance. I find this system ridiculous, I pay $xx per month for dental and it still doesn't cover the bill. The only people laughing are the dentists who charge ridiculous prices for there service. And apparently hire staff to lie to the customers just to get the business!!!! I do not recommend this company unless you want to be lied to whilst they fake smile to you read more

I am 70+ years old, this is the very best dental office I have ever been in. The dentist and staff are the nicest, gentlest folks I have ever dealt with, everyone i have had any contact with has bent over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. Being at ease is not much of a problem, the office is like everything is brand new, truly the nicest office I have ever been in, and the dentist have done the very best job on my teeth using up to date tools that make things work the way it should. I was a little concerned before I went to my first visit about Covid, this was put to bed immediately, they take so many precautions, and everything in the office is spotless clean. a great place to go for dental work. read more

Family.... My husband, daughter and I are all patients at the Dentist Off Main and that is just how they make us feel, like family. The entire staff goes above and beyond with our dental care and needs. The atmosphere is clean, professional and as enjoyable of experience that you can have an dentist! My daughter was very stressed and anxious with her first dental visits. Dr. Steven Puffer took incredible care of our son's teeth. He did a phenomenal job of easing our son's anxiety in regards to going to the dentist, and did everything possible to make him feel comfortable. He and his staff were very professional and friendly, and answered all of our questions. We found Dr. Puffer to have a wealth of knowledge and to be very skilled in his practice, and we would highly recommend him to others. I read a book several years ago titled "Raving Fans" and it said you can offer the Best Service, Best Quality and Best Price/Value, but not all three.... Well, TDOM pulls it off with flying colors! Had my initial visit a bit more than a month ago. They placed a crown without having to adjust anything...A first for me! Had another visit today to establish routine care. It was fantastic.
